Food is pretty good here. I also love the rewards system if you get a Sheetz card. Which Btw is FREE . The wait time sometimes is way to long for some of the food. But the employees are really nice.

I used to love coming to this store, but the service has seriously declined. Tonight at the drive-through, the girl who put my order together set it on the counter, stared me in the eye, and then turned her back to me while she just sat stocking cigarettes. She did this for about 10 minutes before I got fed up and drove off. I know things can be hectic in the store, but while she was doing this, the line was piling up behind me in the drive-through as well. I hesitate to go back to this location because of this and am seriously disappointed.

Went through the drivethru on Sunday night at 1AM and ordered 2 Meatball subs. Though the store was hardly busy at all and we were the only ones in line, it took nearly 30 minutes to get the sandwiches. It defeats the whole purpose of going through the drivethru to save time. Simply rediculous. Both my passenger and I had to be at work at 6AM and if we had known it would take that long we would have skipped it. Apparently, the owner "passing it along for further review" hasn't motivated employees who don't care.

First I gave over 30.00 for gas and two packs of cigarettes. I then went out to my car and thought I should try buying a new aux cord. The cashier was courteous enough to let me open the box and see if it indeed worked. The cashier was bantering to his coworkers, another customer, then me, a tired mother. I Know I stood to pay for this because I thought my husband was going to be upset I spent that much money at SHEETS. Then I walked out. Three minutes or less later I was surrounded by police who said I DID not pay for it and at that point who the hell cared in my book. I was surrounded by police all shining lights in my face. I grabbed my purse sobbing and went in to pay while asking why nobody yelled “hey madam you didn’t pay yet”. See how kind that sounds. If the madam in question doesn’t answer. The one who spent over 30.00 and was about to spend nearly 30 more. You have a spare employee (if banter is going on, someone is just holding up a counter and can go) I was completely non threatening and STILL believe I was ALL set to pay. After the police were gone and let me know they would be there. I went back in promptly and returned the cord and asked, “ why didn’t someone yell or come get me”. Neither clerk nor supervisor would respond with more than “I tried to get you” no, absolutely NO eye contact was made by the supervisor. That may explain part of the issue. If your going to call the police on someone why not assume the mom with merely a wallet I. Hand has a semiautomatic ready to steal a damn aux cord. I’ve been a manager most of life and Never would I entertain calling the police before trying to catch the person with the oversight of not tapping the damn card. I hope someone of importance takes this long message and plans to take some action. Perhaps don’t be so damn trigger happy with someone who isn’t trying to pack heat. It is with great sincerity that that I say Shame on you. The next message will be to your corporate headquarters. Perhaps you should debrief your daytime manager and get your stories straight.

They have brilliant employees, it’s always clean, I shopped around hard for the cheapest prices on American Spirits and this is where I go, the food is always good. It’s the best Sheets I’ve been to that I can think of and I love to travel. If you are a night owl, like me, you need this place. Alcohol until 2am, cigs at 4am, a 3:30am full menu of whatever you want. 24/7/365. Drive two a few extra minutes for this one, not only does it have a drive through, but there is never a wait.

This is a nice and quieter Sheetz location compared to some others, and is a little cleaner and better kept because of such. The inside of the store was clean and all food, drinks, and coffee were stocked and ready to go, and our order was done quickly and correctly. Recommend stopping by this location if you are in the area.

Everything you need is here! The staff is awesome, and customer service is phenomenal. Sarah is amazing and outstanding in all aspects. I enjoy the Carmel Latte and Breakfast Pizza with sausage, scramble eggs, and cheese served on flat bread. It's very yummy and delicious,😋😋 recommended by Sarah. Team members, Gina and Haylee, are very helpful. I greatly appreciate everyone's expertise and professionalism.👍🏽😃

On more than one occasion, this location failed to read my MTO orders correctly. Numbers get mixed up and I don't bother trying to get it fixed, because last time I did try, they made it out like it was my problem to fix and told me I could reorder it if I wanted to. Your business is probably much more welcomed elsewhere. Update 11/14/24 - Another day, another wrong order. Once again, involving the mac n cheese bites being swapped for mozzarella sticks. Is something wrong with your system or can these people just not read?

I ordered delivery since I work 3rd shift and not any places are open this time of night. I did not receive my appetizer and half of the ingredients on my burrito bowl was not there. I am extremely disappointed with this sheetz. Has gone down hill.

********HIGHLY RECOMMEND******** (I just moved to this area of Winston Salem and my son goes to school right up the road.) I stopped by this sheetz on the first day of school after dropping my son off. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mrs. Ki in such a warm inviting way, almost as if I were family!! At checkout, Mrs. Ki was SO genuine and sweet. I felt so welcomed and appreciated by Mrs. Ki in such a way that it switched the tone of my day from being negative to one of a much more positive light, she truly made my day. Since that day, I continue to stop here EVERY morning before heading to work & continue to receive excellent service and nothing less. I now look to every morning with a positive light!! Needless to say, you never know how the simplest of things such as friendly greeting/conversation can impact one’s life in a positive way. Keep doing what you’re doing Mrs. Ki!! You are an absolutely amazing and beautiful woman!!! Thank YOU for being YOU!!!

I visit the Beauchamp location more than I’d like to admit, haha. I’ve almost always had a positive experience. But, Ki is seriously so great, I decided to leave a review. She is always so upbeat and kind! She literally radiates joy. It doesn’t matter my mood going in. After interacting with Ki, I can’t help but smile! She’s seriously the best and I genuinely look forward to seeing her. Thanks for being a bright spot in my day, Ki!

Their Boneless chicken bites with old bay seasoning are delicious! I love that they have the drive thru! Everyone is always nice and pleasant. Update December 27 - Ordered 6 bone in wings and large boneless chicken bites and they serve it to me in a container with no lid, open bag and no napkins with my buffalo sauce. You have something else in there ( or you could have used small two boxes like the ones my 6 pack of bone in wings came in) The very young worker said they didn’t have anything to put my large boneless bites in. I doubt that. Also, How can I toss my buffalo sauce with my chicken with no lid? I had to ask for napkins and she acted like it pained her to get me some. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Very lazy workers. This was my go to place every Friday night for years! Sad. I’ll go to the one a little farther away. Gave them another chance on January 14. They can’t count above 5 apparently. I Paid for six wings. I only got five.

The friendliest people work at my local Sheetz! If I were only rating based on customer service, I’d say 5/5. Angela is the sweetest, most helpful employee. Always willing to help out with special orders. Have you tried the jalapeño poppers or the turkey sub? They are delicious!

To Whom It May Concern, Today, I placed a very simple mobile order at your Sheetz location on Peace Haven Road 5230 Beauchamp Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 2710 a frozen strawberry lemonade for my pregnant friend, scheduled for 4:30 p.m. As someone who values punctuality and service, I called the store in advance to politely request a minor adjustment pushing the order to 4:40 p.m. due to heavy Reynolda Road traffic. To my disbelief, the woman who answered the phone an older lady with gray hair and glasses was beyond dismissive. She rudely repeated, The order hasn’t come up yet, in the most unhelpful, condescending tone. I remained polite and thanked her, despite her attitude. My friend, who is visibly pregnant and lives in the Meadowlark community, preferred not to go inside due to the extreme heat understandably so. We went through the drive-thru expecting a basic level of service, and were completely ignored. I had to go inside myself, and to no surprise, the same unpleasant woman was there again. My drink, a frozen lemonade, was sitting out melting like a sad, sticky afterthought. When I mentioned I had called earlier and asked for a delay, she curtly informed me they didn’t start it until 4:30, as if that were helpful or appropriate. Frankly, the lack of customer care was appalling. This was not just disappointing it was embarrassing. I expected better from Sheetz. If I wanted to be treated like an inconvenience, I could’ve gone anywhere else. But I didn’t, I chose Sheetz, and I regret that decision. I won’t be returning. Sincerely, A customer who doesn’t mind spending money just not at places where service is optional

I really just want to come in to grab my coffee and/or use the bathroom...I don't want or need 6 different loud and obnoxious individuals bellowing "WELCOME TO SHEETZ!!!". Some in fact most of us just want to get what we came for and be left alone. Be kind, courteous polite and respect that.
