I had great service when my Lincoln Corsair needed some warranty work done. The tech Vinne Smith did an excellent job on installation and testing of new Vapor Management Valve. My Lincoln runs just like new again!!! Everyone I interacted with at front desk was wonderful as well. I was even UBERed back to my home free of charge instead of waiting. Thanks again everyone!!!

Gurley Leep ford service department has continually provided us with terrible service! Every time we brought our truck in for service we had to bring it back multiple times! Shawn the service manager was really rude and not helpful! We are totally disappointed in service we received or lack there of!

Fantastic experience at the service department! Zack (advisor) and Joseph (master tech) really went the extra mile to fix my truck. I was on a cross-country trip and had a wheel bearing go out in my front hub. They got me right in, replaced my hub, and got me back on the road! Excellent, would give them 6-stars if I could.

Mike was amazing working with me to repair our vehicle for our journey home to Florida. The part was on backorder..so we had to use an aftermarket part. It was delivered as promised! 1100 miles later.. .we are safe at home. Thanks a million for stepping up to the challenge and getting it done!

New car only had a few months within warranty miles charged me $150 to keep my car all day and do nothing! Pleaded with them to lower it as if they’d take a pay cut to do that! Want $120 for a lug nut!!! Horrible place I hope they all get what they deserve called multiple places and got quoted lower prices all around! This is how they treat new customers who’s 2018 needs a belt break pads and a lug nut:$960! never buying a car from here again!
