Hello everyone today I am using scrubs car wash. Honestly it’s the only car wash that I’ll come to in Gainesville Florida all of their equipment is always working correctly at all times and that’s a plus plus. It’s a nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend scrubs carwash have a good day.

Confusing signage for credit card users. One sign says to swipe card for five minutes and must re-swipe for additional time. This sign is closer to eye level. Second sign says that when you swipe card you get three minutes and time will continue to run until you push button to stop. This sign was below eye level and easy to miss if you were looking at the operating panel.

A good place to come and wash your car if you prefer to do it yourself. There are lots of little neat tools to use such as the pressure soap/rinse or the foam brush. My only gripe is that the 5 minute time limit you get for $3 goes by MUCH faster than you would expect. Overall, my car came out pretty good.

The self washer I used sucks. It didn't even clean my truck and also left alot of blue stuff all over. 16 dollars wasted.

Been coming here for years and i absolutely love it! Everything works as it should and I noticed management has upgrade the facility . When I come at night the whole property is lit up and I feel safe .Thanks Scrubs I will continue to refer your establishment!

Selected a single option and should have been charged only $3, but my bank statement reveals I was actually charged $15... Email sent to support, I will edit/delete this review if/once my $12 discrepancy issue is resolved.

Soft touch wash may be a little too soft.. doesn’t really get the week’s dust off of a highly maintained waxed pavement-only driven 2017 car. $12 you’d at least expect to get your wheels clean but this wash is a joke for that price. Award winning? Must be the award for highest profit or best-in-class cheating the customer. You need to take those awards off your website; this is not an award winning wash by any stretch of the imagination.

I went there expecting to get a nice car wash and came back out with a huge scratch down the side of my car and I tried calling them and being reasonable about it but they won’t do anything even though it should be their responsibility to clean their equipment so these issues do not happen. So I suggest not going there unless you want to screw up your paint I definitely won’t be going there again.

This morning I went to Scrubs to wash my Van , it was around 10:00am . While I was waiting to go through the car wash the young man there filling and working on the restocking and getting things ready for the day , looked at me smiled and said Good Morning, long story short there was a problem with the car wash and he went above and beyond to make everything right . His kindness and customer service are the reason I would recommend and give this establishment a 5 star rating. Kindness and Customer Care are the 2 crucial elements most establishments lack nowadays. This morning was a 5 star experience.

I’ve been here twice. About two months in between visits. Both times I washed my truck and both times the scrub brushes have been useless. Y’all need to replace them on a regular basis, what is the hold up. Everything else went well on the first visit, but on the second visit, there was barely any soap coming out of the brush to wash my truck with. Also, the arms that allow the l hoses to swing around were very stiff and hard to move. This business needs to work on keeping the equipment in good working order and making sure the soap is stocked up.

Definitely one of the better car washes in Gainesville. Lots of different options while cleaning your car from foam to clear coat. It is usually pretty busy, and sometimes the bays get really dirty due to people washing mud, etc.

The manual wash clearly states that $3 will give you 5 minutes. It only gave me 3 minutes, which I ended up having to pay multiple times. The pressure in the sprayer didn’t kick in for around 30 seconds each time it turned on and the dryer didn't even work, leaving my car with streaks everywhere. Very disappointed.

I've been a monthly pass member for a while, and I have to say it's worth it💯. Unlimited auto washes, 6 manual washed, and vacuum services is great. I'm definitely getting my money's worth here. There have been a few hiccups where the wash didn't activate, but a email later and my points were restored with apologie✨s😇✨. The lot is cleaned daily. The vending machine is usually fully stocked. The also have a pet washing area! 😸🐶

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I spent $9 dollars all together the first $3 I was only able to use the tire brush, high pressure soak and foam brush. Then spent another $3 dollars just to fully rinse my truck then another $3 to use the dryer there is no way that it's set up for 5 mins. Oh yeah and it took my 2nd $3 off my card so I had to break a $20 just to rinse the soap off. After I swiped my card and the machine said thank you and started counting down from 5 mins there was no pressure so I grabbed my phone and took a small video. This was a very disappointing experience seeing I drove a good distance seeing I'm not from Gainesville. I was planning on vacuuming out my car but Im not taking any more chances here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 😡😡
