For a place called scrubadub, there was very minimal scrubbing done on my car. After going through the car wash, there was still a lot of dirt left on my car. Wouldn’t recommend.

I received a coupon in the mail, $6 for my first month of unlimited washes. I had received the same coupon 3-4 years prior, so the first thing I did when I got the coupon was I called to find out if I'd be able to redeem said coupon. I made sure to tell the person on the phone, that I had had a similar plan a few years prior. He said they would not hold that against me. So I go in to use this coupon, and when I got into the car wash drive thry I was told the exact opposite of what I had been told on the phone, which was that they could not honor the coupon because I had a plan there before. So of course I mentioned that I had called in advance and I was told that it would not be a problem, so the attendant went and talked to their manager and was able to give me 1 free wash. The one free wash did not even get my car totally clean, which I realized when I was at the vacuum station, vacuuming out my car afterwards. So I went in to say hey I still have like layers and layers of pollen on the back of my car still, and they told me to come around again they would wash that part by hand because it was an area that the machines couldn't really get to... OK, that makes sense, and they let me go through again. Both of them were scrubbing my car by hand to get that area clean, I was watching them in the rearview mirror...yet they somehow still didn't even get it totally clean! I really couldn't believe that one...talk about a half-assed job. If you're going to literally spray my car, and wipe it with your hands, you would think you could actually finish the job? All in all I was completely dissatisfied. I had called at least a month in advance to find out if I could use the coupon, I was told that I could, but then I go in to use said coupon and I was told that I could not... they gave me a free wash, although they didn't get my entire car clean. I really would have appreciated them honoring the coupon that they told me over the phone that they would. It's not MY fault that YOUR employee gave me incorrect information. If you cannot call a business to ask a simple question about their coupon then how are you supposed to find anything out about it?? Asinine!!! I also had to take my antenna off for this entire process, because the first time I had my plan with this company, they ripped my antenna off of my car and I had to get it replaced. So long story short, I did everything I was supposed to do in preparation to be able to use the coupon, but I was still rejected when I actually went there to redeem it. And apparently they can't even clean a car in it's entirety, so there's that too.

Went in for a interior detail with armorall. Paid $24plus tax, (not to mention I also threw a $10 tip) and this is what I received for my money's worth. Granted my Jeep did have some dirt on the floors, i just returned from camping. I didn't take a look at the Jeep at the shop, just hopped in and left, but what a mistake. I would of spoken up. They actually didn't vacuum the dash good enough and just closed the door, didn't see that until I opened it🤷‍♂️ for what I was charged and time waited definitely expected a better job. I could of vacuumed and did this job with the free vacuums they offer at the car wash and saved myself the $24 and bought myself an ice cream with the $10 tip. It's the little things that count I hate to say it, no passion in the work and it's definitely showed. It's safe to say I won't be returning for any more detail work from the shop.

Love these folks. So helpful and detail.oriented. they also have pretzels if you care about that? They listen to you when you talk to them and the monthly rate for washes just makes sense. Don't plan on losing them unless I move far away! Also Jayme is the man! Ladies go tell him what's up!

I use the one I n Bald Hill Road in Warwick. Too notch staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. Having Detailing services is a plus for me. Been there a long time. Want to take care of your vehicle, join a monthly plan. It is worth it. What makes the experience better? Nice employee’s who are glad to help.

Good spot for getting my truck washed, with convenient drying station with rags and window cleaner. I opted for a membership for all you can wash almost a year ago. Tire treatment struggles on the truck tires, but staff is very accomodating and will hand finish any missed spots. Vacuums are good for general gravel and crumbs, but a bit tedious for dog hair. I have a white long-haired German Shepherd, so my bad, eh. I recommend.

Just went through the car wash and spent $21.00 and no soap came out. Since we are on our way to our destination I didn’t stop in. But that was not acceptable. What a waste of money. And the equipment is so far outdated, I prefer to go near my house at Centre of New England in Coventry.Sorry but very disappointed 😕 and the worker at the beginning of the wash was just sprinkling water on driver's side. What a joke it was trickling out.Tell me what is that supposed to do for my car, no soap coming out of that either

Stopped at Scrub-A-Dub for gas and saw how filthy my car was, so I figured I'd get a wash while I was there. While waiting in the line, a worker named Jayme asked how he could help me and explained some options. He was very nice unlike other places I've been to and he wasn't pushy. After choosing a wash option, he asked me if I could leave a review and mention his name if I was happy with the services. I agreed. Sure enough here I am leaving a review. I must admit my car came out much better than it did at my normal car wash that I go to. I will never go back to the other car wash after my experience at Scrub-A-Dub. In fact I may even consider purchasing a monthly unlimited pass, since I frequent that area regularly.

Ok i been coming here for three years and every-time i come now the people in the Interior and cashier never wanna do there job to fill up with clean towels and cleaning supplies and now they use a accused that people steal them thats false because im always here around 2pm or 3pm nobody steals them because i still see the same four bottles for three years now like come then there vaping on the job when i was coming she vaping in front of customers like thats very unprofessional behavior for someone that deals with costumer service i dont thinks that even right to do should be doing that o your break not when your working like come on now it’s common sense!!!! WHAT PISSING ME OFF THAT THEY KEEP BLAMING COSTUMERS FOR STEALING ALL THE TIME WHY IS THERE NO SPRAY BOTTLES BEING FILLED LIKE TAKING AWAY EVERYTHING BAD ENOUGH ITS HARD TO FIND PLACES LIKE THIS THAT LET YOU USE SPRAY BOOTLEs FOR FREE WITHOUT CHARGE BUT YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE ON POINT NOT DOING NOTHING WHEN THERE WORK TO DO NOT SITTING AROUND VAPING ON THE JOB LIKE PLUS A ITS A GAS Station so it should smoke free environment that can cause alot of issues for the company it self and a bad reputation

Always the friendliest staff! I love that they take the extra time to spray your car off first and make sure all the major gunk is off of it. My only negative is those stupid plastic sleeves they put on your back wiper. I’m not sure what the point of them is because if we can shut our front wipers off, we can shut the back ones off too. They should have someone taking them off at the end of the wash because they just fly off on the road or we have to get out of our cars every time to take them off which is not convenient.
