I googled in my area and called these guys. They were on time, and after taking a look mentioned the carpets were pretty dirty and he would have a tough time making it look it’s best unless I got them shampooed at the shop. It was a Mother’s Day gift for the wife. Go big or go home. Marion and Jesse delivered. They were super friendly, put in almost a whole days work and I couldn’t be happier. Avoid them at all costs. Rescheduled my mobile detailing twice. If you have cloth seats, they won’t do mobile detailing and they waited multiple appointments to tell me that. They change prices and don’t ever confirm appointments. They communicate in a very unprofessional manner via text message and are not truthful about their capabilities or availabilities. Marion actually called me after I left this review to yell at me on the phone. How unprofessional and sad. I would save yourself the experience and go to a real business instead.

These guys did an amazing job. Car looks brand new after their service, which is an accomplishment given the “before” condition (2 young kids + a dog + road trip). It is not cheap, but you get every bit of what you pay for—and more, considering they bring it all to you instead of you having to take your car somewhere. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Brought in a 4Runner that had previously been used as a work truck for an exterior/interior detailing. There was mud and dirt just about everywhere and it was caked into the seats and carpet. These guys did a great job removing all of it! the carpets and seats look as good as ever and there isn't a hint of dirt left! I can't recommend them enough, and I've already booked an engine bay clean and headlight restore because I was so pleased with their work!

Absolute great quality work! I used their services as a gift for my sisters car. She has 4 kids that range from 8-1 years old, so it gets very messy very fast! It was sticky, food crumbs in the seat, mud etc.. when we came to pick the car back up it looked brand new. Not a crumb or stain in sight. We were so thrilled with the results! I am more than happy to have found Sanitation Solutions. Marion and his crew were top notch! They were prompt, responsive to my messages (even over the weekend) and were kind enough to go to my place in Lawrence. I was so surprised at how clean my car was when I got in. They did a full detail and exterior wash and wax. It hasn’t looked this good EVER even when I drove it off of the lot at the dealership. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this detailing service due to a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and communication. I was initially given a reasonable quote with the understanding that prices could vary based on certain conditions. However, after arriving at the shop, the price was suddenly more than doubled without any valid explanation. The only reasoning given was based on factors that were already disclosed upfront, nothing new was discovered upon inspection. Rather than discussing potential adjustments beforehand, they waited until I was there to change the price, offering no real justification beyond referring back to their website’s “prices may vary” disclaimer. At no point was I given a clear reason for the dramatic increase, just vague excuses. When I raised my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero effort to find a fair resolution, just an abrupt statement that they don’t need my business. This was not just a misunderstanding but a clear case of misleading pricing and poor communication. If they truly believe in transparency, they should stand by their own estimates instead of using fine print as an excuse to bait customers in with one price and hit them with another. If you value honesty and professionalism, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Marion and team are incredible. Everything was a breeze from initial contact, scheduling, calling the day-of to confirm arrival time to following up when the job was complete. There’s a small distance based travel fee for on-location jobs but was so worth it to have them come to us and not have to worry about logistics of dropping off a car. We will definitely be using Marion in the future!!
