This shop is not professional! i went to get a door fixed and they ended up deleting my dash cam footage and they broke my headlights and bumper, and threatened to fight me if i didn’t pay for the poor quality work they did.

They took over 2 months to fix my car. They are not trust worthy and do not keep their word. They also are very rude and have horrible customer service.. Kept promising car would be ready and would hold it week after week. Do NOT recommend.

I took my 2015 honda accord in after it being hit while it was parked, this was the second time that my car has been hit on the same exact area and side the first time I took my car to Petes were I will NEVER go or recommend to anyone, Rubens is taking care of petes crummy job plus the new damage. I know that my car is in the BEST hands and I will not to worry about anything being wrong the owner is the sweetest person ever will DEFINITELY recommend this autobody shop to family and friends.

Bad customer services seriously! Took a month to fix my car. Every times we called they kept saying it should be ready by this n so but when we called they said oh still need to do this n that, never communicate with us about our car at all, seriously one thing I dislike about this shop. Every times we called for updates, employees rushed on the phone, seem like they wanted to hang up so fast and said something different each times. Employee told us our car will be ready by noon, no call so we called, said they accidently broke something n needed to be fixed and for us to wait another day and it will be ready by morning; nxt morning no call again. Very poor services on the employees or owner part in my case. Will NOT recommend this place in Merced.

Don’t bring your car here. They took over a month to fix mine and always made excuses as to when it would be ready. They said it would be ready this day and then the next day and the next day but nothing. Also they didn’t fix my bumper right i had to go to another place to get it fixed myself. Horrible customer service i dealt with the owner, he was rude and unreliable. Go some place is save your money and time.

Pls Read this before you take your car to their shop. I took my car to their shop to fix it and they did a mess. After I got my car I realized they put the broken headlight, they did not blend the the hood. I have got a yellow mark on my hood while the car color is silver. The park sensors are not working any more and they use poor aftermarket front bumper on my car. The eyes cap color was not matching the front bumper color. They gave me the car with no tow cap on it and they kept promising that they will send me the tow cap. It takes them 30 days to repair my car and everytime they came up with an nonsense reason. Finally our case ends up to a lawsuit and still is open. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIR. I have all documents and pictures availble. Always ask your insurance to send you to the certified body shop that would be responsible after repair not random cheap body shop. I just want to share this that you do not go through what I went through.

I took my car to get an estimate and he pushed me really hard into a deal and when I picked up my car it looked really bad can’t really tell if it was painted or not it looks like that they just polished it I was charged 500 dollars but it looks horrible.

He was very rude he heldy daughters car for weeks. When we went to pick it up he wanted 500$ extra when the car was already covered through her insurance. He tooke her car and worked on it with put receiving the deductible because it was already paid. Be careful cause he will charge you for work he didn't perform

DO NOT GO HERE. They took forever to fix my car, kept pushing the date back because they said parts were broken. Once it was ready they told me I owed a deductible that was never mentioned until it was ready and they told me I could only pay CASH!!?? Originally I got told my insurance covered it all. I never got any paper work or quote for this deductible. They said I had to also pay $75 per day that my car stayed there after they told me it was done. Funny how they charge for the extra days but don’t do anything in my favor for taking longer to do the job. Over a week longer. Unprofessional! When I went to pick up, after going back and forth with him on the phone, I showed up and he was driving away. He said if I don’t have the money to leave. He still has my car. PLEASE DONT GO HERE
