I was going to give it 5 star, but I paid 40 sum bucks and the windows had smudges all over it, most likely because the microfiber cloth being reused and dirty. And the interior was not cleaned that well at all, the dashboard and steering was cleaned, but I took out the cup holders so they can be cleaned and they weren't cleaned at all. Also there was some dirt very visible and those areas was not touched at all. They rushed it

First time at this car wash, and the service was mediocre. They were done so fast with the King+ package I was in disbelief. Many spots are not cleaned or cleaned with a dirty rag that left streaks. Needless to say , I had to go home and finish their job.

HORRIBLE!!!!! If you want to waste your money this is the place to come to. They left my car so dirty and when I told the “manager” Orlando about it he said they don’t actually clean the inside of the car, they only “dust” it and that I should go to another car wash so they can do it better. He didn’t offer to touch up any of the spots I was showing him. This was my go-to spot for a long time and they used to be good but man did they spiral down big time. The past several times that I have been here - after they “finished”, I still had to take the rag and vacuum and do the cleaning myself! What am I paying for? I really wanted to give them a fair chance but today was the final draw especially with the way the manager handled the situation. I will never, ever, ever come back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - not even if it was free. Also - I read a response from management on another post. The customer said they missed spots and the management said “you need a mini detail”. Yeah lol - no! What you need is to get what you paid for “interior/exterior wash” like the price list sign says. They need to wipe things down appropriately and vacuum appropriately. Again - this place sucks. Service sucks and management is even worse.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! you will end up cleaning your own car!! jesus.. 5 yo disable kid can do a better job cleaning your vehicle. they didnt even bother wiping the inside, even just to wipe it!!! so pissed i ended up cleaning it. the top of my car, forget it and my back bumper, it looked like the water didnt even touch it. Just do better job. i paid KING service i got a PEASANT service. i had more pictures but never mind. i even gave a good tip before checking my car.

First and last time. Paid for the “king+” service. Literal bird shit still on the car. Streaks across every window. Seats and mats not even vacuumed. To be honest I’m not really sure what they did aside from put soap on it and water it down. Won’t be coming back.

I went to this car wash on 11/11/2025 to get a quick clean and wash for my car since it’s been a bit of time with pollen and dust on my car. I’m also not from around the area but found the car wash as a nearby hand car wash. I opted for the “Queen” package w/ Ceramic Spray add-on. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they did a fantastic job with the wash, ceramic spray wax, and cleaning the interior of my car. It felt like I just got the car with how shiny it looked! I have a Mercedes and it’s very common for brake dust to get on the wheels and I don’t think I ever saw them as clean as I did after this clean! Highly recommend, thank you for the wash guys! Will definitely come back in the future.
