My car have not looked like this since the 1st day I brought it.They customer service was excellent.bThe owner (Brian) dropped me off at work and was a wonderful person. They was finish before the time that they said and also waited until I was sure I was able to leave work to come get me.I feel they went beyond care for my car.The person that picked me up(forgot his name)but was very nice.I didn't have any cash on me to tip,but everyone of the workers there deserve it and I will be going back to drop a tip off

Wow amazing customer service I was in a hurry but needed to get my 2005 Rx 330 with over 300K miles on it cleaned so I pulled into the Royal T for a quick drive thru wash. I paid for the $15.00 Silver wash and gave the attendant a $20.00 bill. He returned the $5.00 change and I told him that this was for him to keep. Little did I know that this simple act of kindness would prompted not only care over and above what one would expect but as I rolled up my window the attendant asked me to pull my vehicle around to the rear of the building when my SUV was cleaned. It was here that I met Chris the attendant that I just encountered at the front of the car wash. Chris noticed that I had an unusual amount of brake dust accumulated on my left front rim. Chris took the time to use a product to hand clean this rim and remove 90% of the unsightly mess on this rim. He was polite, professional, and took pride in his job. Chris was unaware that I was looking for a company to detail my families three vehicles. I asked Chris a few questions about the services that Royal T offers and before he knew it I was scheduling all three vehicles for detailing. I also added clay bar and headlight restoration, I could not be more happy with how all three looked when Chris and his team completed them. I talked to several of the employees at Royal T and everyone of them were polite and took pride in their jobs. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend Royal T

If I could give 10 stars I would Yesterday a simple trip to the car wash turned out to be an exceptional experience. Alex the young man serving me was friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, & professional. He also washed my weather tech mats and they are like brand new. Very nice kid. I called his Mgr too & he was awesome as well. Who would thought Thank you Alex & Bravo!

My husband and I are having a baby at the end of September, so we wanted to have our cars detailed to remove any smoke residue and make sure they were clean/safe for our daughter. We brought both cars (2014 Honda Civic and 2009 Volkswagen Jetta) this morning and both were completed by end of the day. My husband’s car was pretty clean already but my Civic was full of stains and was dirty. They said they removed some of the stains, but I was very impressed when I got into my car. Stains that were there for years were all gone, car was clean and got a free car wash as well. They also informed me one of my windshield wipers was broken and put a plastic cover on it. Wonderful service. Husband’s car looked awesome too, leather seats smelled brand new! We were both impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and would strongly recommend them to anyone in search of car detailing. Especially parents to be! ❤️

Very busy on a Saturday. Touchless, self cleaning and automobile 🚗 cleaning service available. Vacuums available but are right in front of the exit to the carwash. Staff member was outside organizing the traffic. Reasonable prices. Undercarriage wash was short. Dryers okay. My car 🚗 looked a lot better. "Not easy being clean!". If you don't mind waiting. Towels available for touch up drying the outside of your car.I recommend this business for the touchless. Update: Sunday morning 🌅, March 2022; new touchless system installed. Undercarriage wash has sprayers on the side. Prices are higher. Propane tank refill area available. Professional interior and exterior cleaning, window chip repair and headlight cleaning available. Update: May 2023; Dryers could do a better job drying. I'm glad they have towels to dry your car afterwards.

I have been a fan of Royal T for a long time. Well today they did NOT disappoint. Just came in for a quick front seat area vacuumed floor mats cleaned. Just needed drivers side salt stain from the winter cleaned up to not stain the carpet. Amazing in and out and it looked gorgeous. Had the new fellow. Alex. Had to call and say what a great addition he is to the team! Thank you Alex and Mike for a great job. Love you guys!!

Truly, truly impressed with the work ethic and quality of the employees and establishment at Royal T car wash. Today, Chris served me at the wash tunnel. I used a gift card and got pretty much the most basic wash I could. I wanted a higher tier wash but because of the fluid film on my SUV I could not get the undercarriage option. Chris offered a solution by being able to manually add whatever extras that I really wanted and still sticking with the low tier wash which was super helpful. Before the wash even started he took his time applying the wheel cleaner, and giving my car a really good presoak/ foam brush which is usually standard at a carwash but he really took his time... It didn't take too much time, but it took long enough to show that he cared and was invested in me getting a quality wash. Usually in today's world you'd have to tip someone an extra $100 to make them invest in quality service especially at a carwash... But evidently at Royal T quality and service is second nature no matter what the price. Thank you Royal T for the positive experience!

I have amended my original review to 4☆ based alone on the expedient, informative and thoughtful handling of the issue by the owner. I have great respect for any business owner that conducts business in this manner and obviously cares about operating a reputable business. Now that I am aware of there being a soft touch option, I will certainly return to give Royal T another chance. Thank you, I appreciate your consideration. Royal T has lots of excellent reviews which appear to be primarily for detailing services, which I am confident are excellent. But as far as their automatic car wash, I have to say I am very disappointed with the final product. Arrived home immediately after having their highest tier wash, "The Best" ($23), and found it did not come close to its name. Very unimpressed.

This place USED to be good. Just dropped over $400 including tip for the best detail they have. First car there, dropped off, had an appointment for over a week. Said it would take about 3-4 hours...came back at 3 hours, he asked if I was here for a BUICK? No. Hyundai...so he ran back in, they didn't even start yet...had to throw it through the carwash, wipe it down real quick, horrible job, soaked my floor mats in water that now smell like mildew...car has a horrible smell. JUST LOST MY REGULAR SERVICE. DON'T GO HERE FOR DETAIL Unless you want to overspend for a half ass job.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received. Unfortunately my daughter spilled something in my car causing a very strong odor so that’s what brought me in. I will say they did remove the strong odor. I got a full interior detail and was left very dissatisfied with the result's. Finger prints smears still everywhere, spray drop residue from the cleaner they used on my door, for the amount I paid they couldn’t even clean off the glue from my pervious inspection sticker that I had when living in Massachusetts. I dropped off the night before and had to call them close to when they were closing as I never heard any updates and the response was “oh we didn’t call you yet it’s been done”. If you need to get an odor removed might be worth it but if you are expecting a in depth interior detail that you are paying a large amount for maybe skip this detail place.

I had a bad experience today 12/21/25 my vehicle came out of the touchless wash almost as dirty as it went in I called and was told I needed to use the tunnel wash but it was not going to be open till sometime next week. I had never had an issue in the past. I guess it’s time to look for another car wash with better customer service

This place is great and does an excellent job with cleaning my car. I come here Whenever my coordinates to be clean and washed. Their staff is very helpful and friendly, they are good at what they do and the owner of the place is friendly and incredible at what he does. They certainly treat you like royalty, and my car comes out very clean. I highly recommend this place. Very blessed going here.

Had royal do a complete detail on my car spent a lot of money on this and there was a lot missed. Update owner reached out and was more than willing to fix any concerns that I had. He was fast to get another appointment scheduled really appreciate a business that stands behind there work! Would highly recommend using them and will use them again myself.
