I like this place.The staff is very respectful. The young lady who was helping work the pay stall called me sir. I like a staff of people who have enough respect to call their elders, sir, and ma'am and not honey or sweetie. These young folks at this place are very respectful and they do a good job.

The new management has made a big difference at this location and has made me want to start my membership back rather than paying for single washes when my vehicle gets to the point I can’t stand it. The management has definitely gotten so much better since the last GM left. That place has also definitely turned around. When I have a problem I’m not waiting days on end for the Problem to be resolved. It’s all positive vibes at the place now. I know it’s taken some time for that Place to get to where it’s at now but I’m so pleased of how it’s ran now. Keep up the good work you guys!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Be very careful when you go thru this carwash and DONT let any "helpful employee" help you with the card machine!!! I just found out that I have been "signed up" for membership, that I DIDNT apply for, when I thought, I was going in for a single car wash. I was just told by the manager that "alot of people hit the button and sign up for a membership, that you don't have to sign a paper to get a membership". Funny thing... one of their helpful employees came out to set everything up for me. Suddenly I have a membership that, I didn't choose, and I have been charged $19.99, every month, since Dec '24. The only other 2 times I've went there, I paid for the wash myself...so, I paid double for the wash, those times!!! She would only refund 2 of the payments! Read the rest of the reviews! Seems to be a habit with them! BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!!!!!

Car wash ripped off roof trim that runs above front and rear doors. Trim was not loose prior to wash, and this is a standard sedan. Missing trim located within the wash bay by a carwash employee. Unfortunately, the trim was bent in so many places it could not be reused. The employee at the front counter said they've had "a lot of issues lately." Had to contact the assistant manager Becky three times before getting a call back from Josh. He advised that since our vehicle is more than 7 years old they are not responsible for the damage. Wow!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I’ve had 2 incidences where my car was damaged in 2 months. I have a 2018 car. First my outside mirror on the drivers side was torn off. Then my windshield wiper was ripped off. My windshield wiper is durable and made of metal. I filed incident reports and was told the company is not liable for any damage done to cars that are over 5 years old. That’s just ridiculous. I can not believe a company does not own up to damage made by their car wash. If you care anything about your car and don’t want damage when you come out I would not recommend going here.

Unauthorized Charges, Predatory Practices & Unprofessional Staff – Formal Complaints Filed This car wash enrolled me in a recurring membership without my knowledge or consent after a one-time use of their kiosk. There was no clear disclosure that I was agreeing to ongoing charges. Shortly after, money was being withdrawn from my account monthly without permission. When I called to address it on Friday, July 18, 2025, around 12:45 PM, I spoke with a woman named Nathalie, who identified herself as the manager. She was combative, unhelpful, and dismissive, refusing to cancel the charges. I remained polite throughout, yet she falsely accused me of being rude. She also sounded intoxicated or under the influence, which is completely unacceptable for someone representing a business. There is no clear way to cancel, no real customer support, and after reading other reviews, it’s clear many people are being taken advantage of in the same way. I have filed official complaints with both the Better Business Bureau of North Carolina and the North Carolina Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division. I urge others to avoid this business until they take responsibility and correct these unethical practices. I encourage you to do the same as well as with the city of King.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to it couldn’t depress couldn’t even push dirt off my truck. It’s ridiculous to spend that kind of money and can’t even get dirt off your vehicle.

Love this car wash! I’m a bit of a clean freak & I take both my personal and company car here at least 2-3x/week! Vacuums have great suction, and the car mat cleaner works wonderfully. Not to mention the staff has always been very professional and helpful!

Side view mirror was destroyed by this car wash and after speaking with the manager I was told it was my fault and they won't do anything. Poor business management, if you value your vehicle, dont go here.

A car wash is a car wash to me one is as good as another but I will say this one actually had the rags to wipe your car with and they were clean and dry the car wash in mount airy should take notes from this one

I paid for a $14 car wash on my Ford pickup. The hood and roof didn't come clean at all. I called an attendant over to show him. He went and got the assistant manager. She looked at it and said the pressure washer is broke down.. I told her this is not acceptable at all. She kind of apologized and walked away. I am very disappointed in the car wash and probably will NOT return to do business with them again. It was a horrible job of a carwash.!

Helpful and courteous attendant choosing the type of carwash. It's an automatic car wash. Bugs and dirt are still on your windows, splashed dirt to the body of the car, and dust and grime are still on your wheels. This is after a hot wax has sealed the above-mentioned things to the car and tire shine has been applied to your tires. I'm afraid to look under the car for cleanliness.

Great customer service. My Highlander took me and my family up north for a family emergency. And the roads where horrible with snow and salt was already laid down on all the roads coming back towards home. The coworkers got on both sides and pre rinsed my suv thoroughly before the wash. Can't thank them enough

Enjoyed going here very much. The parking lot was clean and not slammed. Staff was helpful. I liked being able to use the black microfiber clothes to clean the glass and the air duster to blow out crevices. The single car rate was fair but I believe I need to get the unlimited plan. The lady there said you can come 1 time per day! That would be great when it is muddy. Im going to do that.

This place is usually good but I came yesterday and it was $18 and no one told me the vacuums weren’t working or were turned off? I’m not sure which one but I was disappointed because that was the main reason I came to this one over another. There were multiple people standing around so I think it’s ridiculous that not one of the mentioned it to me before I paid.

I used this car wash yesterday and they first don’t accept cash anymore and I didn’t see any signs saying that before o got in line. I have had in the past my antenna ripped off from this car wash. Then yesterday I pulled up into a bay to wipe down my car and there was vomit on the ground. I moved and was walking to let the employees know another woman parked in that spot. I told her to watch out for it I just move so I wouldn’t step in it. She said thank you she almost did. I went inside and told two girls that there was vomit in the bay right in front of the office right before the handicapped starts on the left side of their parking lot and someone should pick it up before someone steps on it. I finished wiping down my car and vacuumed it. In that time down probably 20 mins there was no one that picked up the vomit. I saw two employees over by the machines where you pay for the washes just talking no cars anywhere and I have pictures. I called to complain to the manager Ricky that no one had picked up the vomit by the time I left and someone will most likely step in it and I think that’s disgusting and asked wouldn’t you be grossed out if you got vomiting n your car and house? He said yes! I asked for the District office number and he refused to give it to me. Ricky was very unconcerned for people’s safety of vomit being on the ground it is a health safety issue it is human waste and disgusting! This place is also ridiculous for their prices! I will find somewhere else to go $30 for a car wash? That’s ridiculous! They were $19-$20 when they first opened and $20 for a month membership now they want $50 a month?! No!! This place is also not BBB accredited!
