“The customer service offered by the Bossier location on Benton Rd. was impressive. I appreciate Evan checking on myself and every customer to make sure that we knew what amenities are offered at the car wash and what programs they have for families. He noticed that I had a lounge chair in the back of my truck and walked it to the end of the car wash and personally put it back in the truck. I was in a rental due to my truck being in the shop. Evan came out to assist with letting me get the rental washed beings I pay the subscription. He was very nice and professional and offered to give me a prorated month if I was going to be out of my truck for a while or even put a sticker on the loaner to keep using my washes . They denied that their machine scratched my brand new windshield in a literal pattern that moves in a swirling direction of their machines, it’s to the point I’ve had to hire attorneys to fight this. With second options agreeing that it was caused by their machines. Stay away oh and don’t buy a fast pass from them 😒

New place, and great staff. It has everything you need from a Bug pre-wash, the actual wash, vacuuming, microfiber cloths, Air spray, Mat wash, glass cleaner, and you can buy an Air Freshener too it is 2 dollars. The staff payed attention to detail, and even tapes your rear wiper down every time. There is 3 plans you can buy to have ultimate washes. The highest plan is 40 dollars. I would recommend this place as it is clean, and friendly.

I really do like this car wash. I’ve never had an issue until Monday around noon when I went through and had my fuel door cover ripped off and a dent put in the side of my car. I still haven’t heard anything back from them. They said footage needed to be reviewed which I’m totally good with because it’ll clearly show I went in without a dent and my fuel cover still in tact and came out with not fuel door cover and a dent. Hopefully this gets handled correctly and we move past this. I called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

This is the first time I have been here. I cancelled my membership with Xpr due to having a hydraulic line burst and spraying my car with hydraulic fluid one time and it doesn't seem as nice as it used to.This place is great ! The washing portion is so much more gentle on the car. The mat cleaners actually clean the mats , the vacuums worked wonderfully, and they have window cleaner and microfiber towels. I cleaned all of my windows on the inside and it did not cost any extra. Tuesday was $2.00 off the $20 . This is the place I will go to from now on. They even have a special mat cleaning area for molded car mats.
