Rob took care of us as his immediate assignment was to take care of a family of 6. 3 adults and 3 tiny humans— including our 1-month-old-daughter-tomorrow; our water pump in our new-to-us 2019 Chevy Suburban started leaking while we were on the road in South Bend, IN. Hands down, best service, especially on a Holiday weekend (Labor Day); this was our 2nd stop as all the mechanics had gone home for the day at the first place we stopped at. Praise God that he was willing to take care of us. He asked us kindly to unload our family and the new pump was going to be delivered asap; we were able to walk across the street to the Martin’s Cafe to enjoy lunch, love on a newborn baby, kids played on their iPads while they charged them. All praise to God for allowing us to get ton Rob’s Service Center (5307 W. Western Ave.) He prides himself on Honesty & Integrity with a whatever it takes attitude and we are grateful, so very grateful. If you need assistance nearby South Bend, please stop and give him your business. You’ll be thankful you did; we are ever so grateful to make our trip from TN to MI easier than what could have happened.
