Use to recommend this place to everyone that asked if I knew a good place to get vehicles detailed. Will never recommend nor will I ever go back I was very disappointed with my last visit, carpets weren't clean at all were still wet and the simplest basic detailing wasn't even done to my vehicle but I paid the over priced amount and took my loss please don't make the same mistake! Find somewhere else to get your vehicle detailed.

I took in my Toyota Hylander and it was really, really dirty. I got it back and it looks and smells like new. I had run into a small post with my front bumper and they even buffed out the black marks. They do a great job!

Took my car in for a complete cleaning and the inside of my carpets were still wet... they never said anything. They forgot to wax bumper of car! Then the next day found a chunk took out of front passenger side door. If I were to take it to car wash it would get caught on the clothes and tear that part off. I'm very understanding until someone doesn't take accountability. Also found vertical scratches on back car. Taking it back on Monday to see what occurred.

We paid $160 to have our vehicle detailed and the center console was completely ignored. To say we are disappointed in his work is an understatement. If you have ANY pet hair in your vehicle be ready for an extra $15 charge. Haven't had a dog in our car in over a year!

My family and friends used this business over an 8 year period. Rick. The owner did a good job. Post Covid. NOT SO MUCH. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I was quoted 198.00 over the phone which turned into $350.00. The service existed of vacuuming the SUV. NOTHINF STEEM CLEANED. When Rick was approached to discuss the issues with car he turned on us an became outright confrontational. It was my sisters car she drove in from Virginia. I am embarrased and upset i ever referred her to Rick. His wife also has a business in town. Hope it doesn't run in their family. .

Baffled by how I was treated. When I had talked to the guy on the phone and he priced me $175. Had a coupon that he said he would honor, but refused once I arrived. The coupon was either $99 for a car or $129 for a truck but my Jeep is neither so it was priced more? I’ve never ever had a dog or any kind of animal in my vehicle.. but yet he said he saw dog hair... I looked when I left cause I said screw it and walked out, there was about 5 dog hairs from a towel that I had in my back seat and wanted to charge me an extra $20. He came off very rude. Didn’t have a very good first impression.

I have been using this business for years. Rick never disappoints. He's got great prices but will charge more for excessive filth especially pet hair, which I think is fair. More time equals more money. I will always take my car to Rick.

I have been a loyal patron of Ricks for over a decade. I have used other detailers in the past, paid more, and never had the quality of work done that Rick has done. My car is almost 5 years old and looks new. He and his crew are very hard working and honest individuals. If there is an additional charge it’s because its that much more work for them to give you a quality job . Thank you guys here’s to the next decade.

Total rip off- $350 (cash or check only) to detail my small car and - what a totally terrible job! I am so embarrassed for him. The one star is for the exterior cleaning, which was quite nice and well done. But the interior? You cannot even tell the interior floor was cleaned. These photos are interior shots after the cleaning. He called me two hours ahead of schedule -he said he had finished. Then, when I picked the car up he snapped at me that my cleaning my car put him way behind schedule. Rick was so rude to me and my Neice and sister it was actually shocking…maybe he was issues with women? I’m not a psychiatrist so I can’t say for sure. It felt like it. I simply cannot believe how incompetent, condescending and unprofessional Rick is. I understand that people have a bad day. A full refund and an apology would make this better. Regardless, could someone recommend a professional, reasonably-priced detailer in the area? As you can see, my car still needs that service.

Car was clean, but Rick was a total jerk! I had the package for interior only. No shampoo. He told me my carpet wouldn’t come clean without a shampoo. I said can you just vacuum it? He charged me an extra $10 for vacuuming when it was already included in my price. Won’t go back again.

My car won't stop smiling!!!! This place does such an exceptional job. I try to bring my car here every year. This is how good my five year old car turned out. I will admit that I have been charged the pet hair fee (don't have pets) last year. I was a tad 😲. This guy does such a good job I let it go and he didnt do that this year!!! My car looks amazing.
