This review could have went two different ways. Purchased a 2019 Ram and after picking it up and driving it home, the check engine light and low coolant warning icon came on. Texted Todd the salesman and he told me to bring it in tomorrow and not to worry as they would look at it. All I can say is Todd, Leonard in Service, Larry the Sales Manager, and Richard Karr stood tall and made this truck right!! By doing so, I am sure they turned a small profit into a loss to their bottom line to keep a satisfied customer. Where can you go and have this kind of customer service?
