We absolutely love Repair One and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The Woodlands Team is amazing! We have four older Toyota vehicles that occasionally need a little TLC—especially my wife’s 2000 Land Cruiser, which she refuses to part with. Repair One has 90% of its repair history going back to 2002 when we bought the vehicle, so they know it inside and out. It’s a great setup. At this point, we kind of feel like we’re minor shareholders in Repair One! LOL! A special shoutout to the two guys up front who make it all happen: Jason and John. They’re fantastic with customers, always open and honest when discussing repairs, and constantly looking for ways to save clients money. Their integrity and customer-first attitude are unmatched. The second time, they claimed they didn’t know what angles to set. I asked three times if the suspension was in good condition, and they assured me everything was fine, despite the fact that the ball joints were worn out, the bearings were noisy, and there was a crack in the caliper bracket.
