The website does not work and it is very likely that the website is designed to block service requests for recalls. Based on my experience, I would recommend everyone to take the extra drive and go to the VW dealership in White Plains for peace of mind.

                                                                                    If I could give zero stars I would! Brough in the car for regular service last year and they scratched the hood and promised I would not go back, yet I did it again overall had terrible experience. They didn’t even re-set that oil was changed which made me think if they even they did any work on the car,  also tried to up charge me on work they did. Overall worst experience I ever had and I honestly think that people that work there don’t see anything wrong in the way they treat customers. All they see is dollar signs.

                                                                                    I had my clutch replaced late July 2024 with Prestige for close to $4k after 110k miles. After only 3 months (late Oct 2024), my clutch pedal stopped working. Since it failed when I was out shopping, I had to have it towed to a local mechanic and assessed. It was determined that the clip (a $5 part) that connects the clutch hydraulic line to the transmission had failed. Simply put, it was old and faulty and should have been replaced with the new clutch. When I reached out to the service desk at Prestige, they said that I would have to pay to have it towed to their site, and then they would see what they could do. Weak. I asked them to cover the tow and properly connect the line where I pay only for parts, but they would not do that. I ended up having it fixed with a local mechanic at 100% my cost which was over $700. I am beyond disappointed.

                                                                                    I’ve had now a tragic 3 year history with Prestige. It is so annoying that a brand new car continuously has issues, and there is no solution. I received my car back from third service (only have 14k miles on this car) and the following morning my check engine light is back on.

                                                                                    What a horrible experience!! I brought my car in to be diagnosed, they asked if I also wanted a service which I agreed to, but then they called me telling me the issue with my car was so bad it was more than the cost of my car, so I asked to not do the service then because I would just get rid of the car at this point, and they said they already did the $450 service!!!!!! That’s a big service for a car they knew was not worth fixing! On top of that they are charging me an extra $350 for diagnostics.
I came to pick up the car because I got a better trade in deal somewhere else, and they are rude and taking forever to get me my car.
Will never come back!

                                                                                    1 My review from May 2023 does not change as Tammy was probably the only staff at this location that was helpful and kind. I am extremely disappointed in Stamford’s Volkswagen. Their receptionist, Natalie, is rude and unhelpful. I’ve called several times to get my car in due to the alternator not working (per an auto body shop) and I am provided with little to no information when I ask questions. Interestingly enough when I purchased the car the staff were extremely helpful and professional and now they seem to want nothing to do with assisting me. Had I known that the staff would be this uninterested in helping their customer, I would have stayed with Toyota. Luckily I got in contact with Eddie from Volkswagen in Stratford and he has been wonderful! I strongly advise against purchasing your vehicle from the Stamford location.
