I've been described on more than one occasion as a "picky SOB". and its because of that I only detail my car myself. I don't know if Precise would describe me as such but they where very patient with my concerns. Twice a year I clay and buff/polish and do my best to maintain a near zero swirl paintjob. Recently I've had some back pain issues that have forced me to find a professional for this falls polish. I can tell you that these guys really treat you well and go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. The end result was precisely what I needed to get the car in shape for fall and I would definitely go back again.

I didn’t have a good experience and will probably not use their services again. When I made my appointment I was asked to drop my car off at 9 am so that’s what I did. I waited all day and never heard from them. The business closes at 5 so I called at 4:15 to see if my car was ready. I was told that they hadn’t even started on my car yet. I was called again at almost 7 and was told that they were finished with my car but the seats were wet. If I picked it up I would have to leave the windows down for several hours so they would dry. I live on a dirt road so that really wasn’t an option. So I had to leave my car there overnight. I went to pick it up early the next morning and it was still sitting in the shop with the doors open. I had an appointment to go to so I didn’t look the car over before I left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed that my entire windshield was covered was dots, as if they had sprayed the dash or hood with something and the overspray landed on the windshield but wasn’t wiped off. There’s still bug residue on my bumper/hood and dog hair in the backseat console. Maybe I’m just too picky but I really expected a better experience for $150.

Hands down the # 1 place to go for all your detailing needs. Mike and his team pay attention to the most minor things other detail shops ignore. If you ever thought about **Ceramic Coating** your vehicle it is a must try, you will not be disappointed. All paint imperfections are completely gone, the shine and gloss is 5X more brilliant than any new vehicle in a dealer showroom with their so-called paint protection. I selected the Ceramic Pro Silver Package, comes with a 5 year warranty and goes on your CARFAX report. And confirmed this would increase the value of my vehicle if sold or traded by a new car dealer I do business with. I took my older vehicle in to be completely detailed prior to offering it for sale, Mike and his team did such a great job when finished I sold it the next day to the first person who looked at it. Mike offers many services so give him a call. Bottom Line - he will “earn” your business. Very professional guy that treats people right and will go beyond to satisfy your needs. I took my car in for a silver detail package and a head light restoration. They did an amazing job! I don't think my car has ever been this clean and good looking. The restoration they did to my headlights makes a world of difference and they practically look brand new! They are also very professional and polite and did me a great service by being flexible with drop off, pick up and payment because my work hours would have generally prevented me from getting anything done. However, they communicated promptly and politely through email and were willing to help me work around my work schedule. I am super grateful and would absolutely recommend their services and I am sure I will be using them for any detailing needs in the future!

Edit 1: I understand the owner is upset by my honest review. I looked at our texts before writing to ensure it was all accurate. I try my best to leave honest reviews which are fair given the circumstances. In this case, both times I dropped it off I asked how long it would take / when I could pick it up, and both times I was told 4-5 hours or half the day - since both appointments were in the mornings it’s reasonable to assume they meant it would be done by 12 or 1pm. As for my car being a semi difficult job - it’s a Jetta GLI which is an average sedan. Maybe they’ve improved in the past year but given that he’s going back and trying to discredit old reviews, I’d doubt it. Original post: Maybe this place is great at detailing, but I'd go elsewhere for tint. I got ceramic tint done on every window of my Jetta GLI on September 2, 2022. He said it would take half the day, but ended up having my car all day & didn't put all of the trim pieces back together. I had to snap them back in myself. He said it took so long because my window seals were so tight (which doesn't make much sense if someone is experienced at tinting). By October the tint was bubbling, peeling, and scratched. My car is garage kept and I take excellent care of it so none of these should've been happening. I scheduled an appt for January 6, 2023 at 9am to have it fixed. I dropped the car off at 9am, Mike said it would take half a day to finish. By 4:15pm it still wasn't done. My car said it hadn't been driven from the parking lot into the shop until 12:01pm (VW CarNet alerts owners if their car is driven & they're not nearby). At 4:15, Mike said he was just finishing stripping the old tint off and either wanted to keep it until 7-8pm or over the weekend, at which point I asked for a refund because I had plans and couldn't leave it there. He was hesitant to refund it, kept saying "it's Friday and I gotta pay my guys, can you just bring it back later" because he didn't have the money to refund me. He was guilting me for wanting the refund. I showed up at 5 to get my car. He claims to have refunded the card.... We'll see if it posts in a few days or not. All-in-all, I think he's trying to offer tinting services when he doesn't have the skill or time to do tinting. I've never gotten a detail here but people do seem to be pleased with that aspect of the business. The tinting was absolute garbage though. These pictures don't show everything but you get the idea. Every single window had bubbles, scratches, leftover residue under the tint, or wrinkles. Plus, why have me drop my car off at 9 if it won't be started on until 12?

I had my front windows tinted about a month ago and am happy with the service. The total time for install was about an hour on tint-less glass. Scheduling for an appointment was fast and painless. They do have options on types of tint so prices will vary. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for window tint!
