Quality is down, big time. First I emptied my trunk so it would be easy for them to vacuum it. Show up on a Saturday well within the posted hours...closed. Then, I empty my trunk a second time to try a different day. I was out of the country and my car sat for a while, so I splurged for the "super wash". I had to ask them to re-do parts of the inside that it looked like they completely missed. And when I got home, I found they didn't even vacuum my trunk! The place is cheap, so it might make sense to just get the cheap wash. But cheap isn't good if you have to re-do the job yourself when you get home. I feel pretty ripped off this trip. Looking at the reviews, it seems this is the new normal. I'll probably have to switch to the chain Squeekee's or whatever it's called. It's too bad, I prefer local businesses to chains. But the consistent quality just isn't there with Pasadena.

There are very few full service car washes in St Pete area. They do a pretty good job here, my car consistently comes back clean with very few items missed. It's great value for money and service is good so I keep coming back.

For the price, good job. Workers are hardworking and deserve some respect. Keep an eye, it's your car at the end of the day. They have all kinds of extra charges, watch out

I got the top of the line package for my Honda Ridgeline Black edition. They did a very good job overall. Everything was clean on the inside and out. My only complaint is that the front windshield interior had streaks that I needed to wipe away. The car wash itself is pretty simplistic as it's very old school. It did the job okay but nothing to write home about. But if you're looking for a pretty fast car wash that'll help you get it done pretty darn quick.

Recently had my newly purchased Avalon taken in for a wash and a detailed paint correction due to faulty/defective diamond ceramic finish that did not live up to the hype at the dealership at time of purchase. The owner is a hard-working, lovely woman named Lavonne, who has a staff of guys who are friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. They reviewed the water spotting that could not be addressed properly by another larger far more expensive auto detailer. The owner subscribes to a seemingly lost value that puts the customer first, where each employee takes pride in the car he is servicing. I found her and Pasadena Car Wash staff to be welcoming, honest, trustworthy, each taking pride in his attention to one's vehicle. They vacuumed the interior, cleaned the windows, and performed an otherwise awesome job at a reasonable price. Employee David did a spectacular job, bringing out the authentic lustre to the vehicle; another employee named Jerome was personable and professional, a reflection of how much employees enjoy working for this owner and interacting with customers. I found the price to be reasonable and the service to be first-rate. I've not encountered a similar business that compares to this place of business. Unless I wash the vehicle myself from time to time, no other entity will touch this vehicle. I highly recommend Pasadena Car Wash to anyone looking for top-shelf service at a fair price.

I have been going there for years! I did not want to post something negative but after several recent visits...here we are. The tipping... I get that several stations are part of the process...the vaccm station ( back of the house) the front of the house where they dry and do the final touches... Here is my issue..It is made clear and asked by the woman who collects your payment...that the box of cash on the counter is for the back crew.. then you are informed and asked to provide another tip for the front crew... THEN..when the crew hands you your keys...they are hesitant to release them to you...lingering in front of you very aggressively..like blocking your way..with their hand out expecting another tip... I will not be back...due to this... I mean tipping should be at the client's discretion... But more importantly here... the client should not be made to tip 3 different times! Mainstream this process on our end...and figure out on your end..how the tips are divided. Stopping the aggressive approach to your clients on 3 different attempts to collect! Sad...losing a long time client over this!

When I arrived looking at my options on the display menu I picked the best one which was super bonus wash which included everything I needed inside & out. When I first got my car back the wheels were not properly cleaned when I told the man about them he said it doesn’t come off but proceeded to try for me and sprayed and the stuff started to come off but it was not enough to my liking I proceeded to tell him and he told me to go inside and tell the lady, she came out assessed the tires and proceeded to tell me that the stuff on my wheels was oxidized and needed a special chemical to remove ($10 a wheel) she agreed to have him spray and wipe one more time in which most of it came off so I didn’t understand the need for the special chemical if it was coming off already. As I was checking the inside cleaning it was definitely a quick spray and wipe which I was very disappointed in because I requested the super bonus wash which there is no other wash above that. I understand they were busy but they just didn’t care about the job. I proceeded to tell the lady again that even the inside was not acceptable I paid $35. She came back asked the gentleman if he did a super bonus wash in which he said yes and she replied with well there’s still a lot of dirt and grime left in the doors, he quickly did another wipe and sent me on my way, at this point I was tired and ready to go have been there over an hour so I left and then immediately took this pictures to show everything they missed, the job was rushed and when I first got off of the car I pointed out the things I would like them to make sure they clean on the inside and they just didn’t. I would’ve paid for the $20 wash if this was the results I knew I was going to get.

My experience was horrible! The inside door handles had black dirt smudges all over including the carpet! I also had a long thin scratch on my back passenger door. When I inquired about the scratch the owner cursed at me saying it was already there and walked away without remorse! I am 65yrs old and I have never been treated with such disrespect!! Needless to say that I will never go there again!!

The first time I used this place about a month ago I was impressed. The inside was vacuum nicely the seats were wiped down and the exterior was very clean. So I went back today expecting the same kind of service for $15 and instead I was highly disappointed. First, the lady working at the desk saw me come in and told me to wait. So I waited patiently until I saw the clock that 10 minutes had gone by and my kids are at the next building over having music lessons about to finish. So I go outside and I asked her if I can just pay because my car is done already. So yeah the entire time my car is being cleaned I was standing up waiting to pay at the register. That was the first disappointment. I hop into my car and right away I noticed sticky spots that were the first reason for me going to get my car cleaned in the first place. I look at the cup holders and down by the gear shift and everything still has sand. The carpets in the back are still covered in dog hair. So I mentioned it to the dude who finished my car and he said that it's an extra charge. However for the full service that I paid for, vacuuming is included. So he told me to just go wait back in line and have it vacuum again. Meanwhile my kids are waiting to be picked up next door. So I was pretty annoying and disappointing. The interior doesn't look like it was cleaned at all. Maybe slightly better than it was before. But next time I'm just going to Woody's which is what I've been doing. I just thought it would be nice to have someone vacuum it for me. Not the case this time. And not worth the money and the time.

They are fast 17 bucks gets car wash windows and vaccum. This is a great deal! Highly recommend staff are friendly. Nice lobby with ac and TV to watch. Counter lady very friendly and helpful. Tuesdays are a dollar off if you're looking for an added deal.

Got the full detail inside and out. Initial pick up, the truck looked great. $200 total and I planned on giving a good review and forgot. Good thing I waited. I don't use this truck ever and recently noticed that everything rubber and plastic that they wiped has a white residue that is impossible to get off! I've been scrubbing the bedsides with dawn and carwash soap, and the streaks are still there! My truck hasn't been used since getting washed, and it looks terrible. Plus, my leather seats and steering wheel are greasy now. My hands are greasy from using the steering wheel. I understand using products on a vehicle, but use the right ones. This is ridiculous. The truck is still clean, but I need to go get it cleaned again. I was going to bring my primary truck to them, but I'll pass. They wanted $60+ to hand-wash just the outside. I considered the $ amount decent, but not if they make it look like this.

Terrible service. Car is still dirty inside. I clean it myself weekly and no where was is DIRTY but the windshield. That's all I really wanted. Vacuum service is a JOKE. Then blamed it on my carpet 😒 if I can get it SPOTLESS with a damn dustvac their professional equipment should have no problem. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME

Great place for a wash and shine. Super nice people who treat everyone well. Charge to use your debit card at the machine (expected) and an up charge if you have a larger vehicle (also expected). Just know they are busy, and unless you ask for a hand wash, they will do their best to get all the stuff off your car (bugs and grime) after it comes out of the automated system, but you may end up having to wash the rest off yourself when you get home, if you’re like me and haven’t washed your baby in a hot minute. Don’t be like me, go weekly so your baby is so fresh and so clean clean. 🧼
