I have gone to this place a few times and the staff/service has always exceeded my expectations, but this time they really went above and beyond! It was time to replace my windshield wipers and the owner himself (Vic) went to a shop down the street to get me a pair to have them replaced while my car was being washed. Truly incredible service!! This is now my go-to place for a car wash, especially because I can go for a basic wash or a full blown top notch detail-like wash when my car really needs it! This place is a must if you have not been here yet.

Really disappointed by the work done today. I paid for the premium service and I asked them to re-clean the car when I found the mess. They did not do an adequate jobs and I took photos of the resulting mess. Edit to respond to the owner response: I am not sharing any photos of doors. These are not stains. These went away with just a quick scrub with a Clorox wipe at home. There are crumbs and food residue in the cup holders. I'm sorry -- but what part of this is "detailing"? And no, I am most definitely not coming back for you to give this a "third try." I've had enough.

I have been to this wash four times now and have always recieved good service. I always pick the gold wash. It’s nice to change things up and have your car washed instead of going to a self-service wash. If you come at a busy time of day it may take time to get your car done but there is plenty of seating and little store with convienent snacks. Based on the wash, I recommend it!

After nearly 2 years of trying to find a new home cash wash, I think I finally found the one! Previously, I had a car washer that I went to monthly for regular routine washes, and then I had another car washer I went to for an expensive annual deep clean and clay bar wax. As time went by, my monthly car washer raised prices over and over and over again, to the point where they lost sight of who their customer was, thinking they were some high-end auto spa. Orange Hand Car Wash has a great balance of options to fit any budget and also offer services for window tinting and wheel repair. Upon my first visit at Orange Hand Car Wash there were a few hard to see surface areas that had been missed on the interior of my vehicle, however their staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue after I brought it to their attention. If you ever bring your vehicle in to be serviced here and see anything below satisfactory, simply notify one of the guys in the office and they’ll be sure to take care of you. Orange Hand Car Wash is a local family owned business and cares deeply about their relationships with their customers. Alex, one of the managers there, goes great lengths to make sure customers are happy with the service. As seen in the photos, they even have multiple signs posted as you leave the lot stating “We are not happy unless you’re happy. Please let us know if your car requires additional detail before leaving. We will be more than happy to address concerns immediately.” Lastly, one of my favorite amenities about this car wash is the comfortable outdoor waiting area…one of the best I’ve ever seen. The waiting area is on a spacious wood slated covered patio, with multiple desk-like workstations, equipped with power outlets and free fast Wi-Fi. The patio is surrounded by a ton of plants and foliage giving the space a natural airy vibe.

I recently visited the Orange Hand Car Wash and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't forget! First of all, the staff there are super friendly, like absurdly friendly. I half expected them to break into a choreographed dance routine while washing my car. But hey, I'm not complaining, as long as they're doing a great job. Now, let's talk about the free wifi. Who knew that getting your car washed could also be a prime opportunity to catch up on emails and binge-watch your favorite shows? It's like a productivity paradise! I even managed to submit a report to my boss while my car was getting pampered. Talk about multitasking! But the real highlight of this place is that they claim to be a "hand car wash." I emphasize "claim" because I've seen some questionable car washes in my time, where the "hand wash" turns out to be a couple of dudes with sponges pretending to do something. However, at Orange Hand Car Wash, they actually deliver on their promise. It's like a car spa in there! The service work is top-notch, and they pay attention to every little detail. I'm pretty sure they even polished my cup holders. Alec and Brennon, the dynamic duo of car washing, were absolute rock stars. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked its best. I wouldn't be surprised if they secretly moonlighted as car wash superheroes. Oh, and did I mention the tint? Wow, the tint looks fabulous! My car went from looking like a regular vehicle to a sleek, mysterious, undercover spy car. I half expected James Bond to pop out of the trunk.

WORST CAR WASH I've ever experienced! I pay for the most expensive wash called the Executive Car Wash (~$70) every time. I was a loyal customer that would drive 45 minutes to get my car washed because I would normally get a decent wash on my car and the owner is a nice guy. Today was NOT the case and I will NEVER come back again. 1. Leather treatment was a nightmare! Uneven and smears left all over the seats. My car looked dirtier after, (view attached photos). Leather wasn’t even dusted before applying treatment, thank you for caking dust into the leather. 2. Horrendous job cleaning the exterior - Left the car wash with large streaks of water larger than the Mississippi, when I came to get rid of water marks. 3. Marks and debris left all over the car and on the lights - I had to scrape off BIRD DROPPINGS with my own fingernail… - dust and debris clearly visible 4. All over My windshield, has smudge marks, dust, and fibers from the microfiber towels I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews or reviews in general, but as a now former loyal customer, I feel swindled. Find a better car wash that takes pride in their work and values their customer’s car and hard earned money.

For basic washes they clean the car very well with streak free wash and get into all the nooks/crannies when cleaning inside. Their detail service is also very good, may take a few hours, but it makes an old car come out looking brand new.

7/09/2022, Spent a lot of time trying to find a detailing place you can go in person. Saw their Google listing and Yelp page had more consistent reviews, and recent photos. Got a interior a detailing package, for a car was standard dirty, with quite a bit of dog hair throughout. Service took a reasonable amount of time, gave me plenty of time to catch up on reading. Car looks great, well worth the time, and the price. Edit* 7/10/2022, forgot to get headlight restoration, came back a day later, took about an hour, looks great, they suggested ceramic (lifetime) coating on the headlights, since I planned on keeping the car for few more years.

I wish I could get 75 minutes of my life back. That’s how long it took for a basic wash. They claimed to be busy, but they weren’t. The problem is that they had like 3 guys working in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. I was quoted about 45 minutes for the wash, but when I came back one hour later, they had not even started washing it. To make matters worse, I discovered a deep scratch down the side of my car when I got home. I wish I would have noticed it there but after being there for so long I just wanted to leave. Not like it would have made a difference anyway because the cashier who wrote me up for the wash was a real piece of work - aggressive, rude, and impatient. When I inquired about why it was taking so long, he claimed that I was telling him how to run his business. Nice customer service, bro. Skip these clowns and try any of the high quality mobile wash services. You’ll pay close to the same amount and will not waste your life waiting for a poor quality job from guys who don’t know how to run a car wash.

I recently took my 2010 Nissan GTR to this wash for a hand detail, expecting a high-quality service given their reputation. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour when my windshield was broken during the process. While I appreciate the effort the staff put into detailing the car, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care taken around fragile areas like the windshield. When I reported the damage, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and no one took responsibility for the incident. It’s disheartening to invest in a premium service only to have it result in further issues. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice, especially if you own a high-end vehicle. I hope they can improve their procedures and customer service in the future.

Even though there were no cars before or after me, the guy checking in vehicles was rushing for no reason. I paid $65 for the Diamond Wash and added a $10 spray-on wax. When I got my car back, it was obvious they had cut corners. The front and rear windows weren’t fully wiped, the interior was barely cleaned, and there was a black residue on the side panels inside the car that definitely wasn’t there before. I used to be a regular here because they actually did the work and took pride in it. But the past few times I’ve come, the quality has been consistently bad. It feels like they just rush through every job now, regardless of how much you pay. For $75, I expected a clean car and attention to detail—not a careless, half-done wash. Definitely will not return.

Came in at 3:15 and left at 4:30. I thought I was going to be in and out since I was behind a car being vacuumed when I arrived. On top of that they forgot to spray the scent included in the $40 gold wash. There were also streaks on the glass from the towel. Bummer, it was my go to car wash. But besides the glass everything else look good and customer service for the most part is ok.

Without a doubt the most professional, honest, and thoughtful staff of any car wash in Orange County. I came in with hard water spots all over my car that wouldn’t rinse away from the ceramic coat (left car outside for too long). I had consulted with other detailers who quickly jumped to conclusions and said I needed a full detail + reapplication before trying diagnose the problem. (Considering my car just got ceramic coated in the past 6 months) Not these guys. First, they suggested a cost effective alternative that wouldn't damage the ceramic coating although not promising a perfect end result which is understandable. Ultimately, I was able to get all of my water spots removed then paid extra for them to take care of other blemishes that I been intending on fixing. I’d suggest them to anyone who just wants regular wash, has a unique cosmetic issue, or robust detail/ceramic coating.

tinted all windows, 40% ceramic IR windshield and 20% ceramic everywhere else. Good, fast and knowledgeable service with very nice lounge room to wait. Allocate 2-4 hours for tint, depending on how many techs are doing your car. Prices were fair, did a good job.
