great, friendly service. and no hassle on the groupon, either. just an oil change, as advertised. of course, there's the upsell on the cabin filters and the wiper blades, but i do those myself, and they didn't push back. plus, you get a free car wash to boot, and the car wash is the best my bluebird has had. typically, i have to send her through twice, but this got her clean as a whistle on the first try, with free vacuums at the end to wrap up the babying of my element.

They were decent. I got a good deal off Groupon and was pleasantly surprised to see a vacuum station for my vehicle to clean the inside. They were also offering a free beverage and car wash with every oil change. This might be why the line was about 30 cars deep for a car wash. The oil change line was minimal, but still took me 1:20 min total and they asked me if I’d like to add on about 15 extra services so I couldn’t just relax in peace while I waited in my car. That’s why I’m docking one star… I get that they work on commission, but it was so obvious, and if I tell you up front I’m not getting anything else done today, respect that.

5 start service from beginning to end. I also had an issue with my wiper blades couple weeks after they replaced them. They replaced wiper without hesitation! I will definitely go back for full service again. Highly recommend this business.

Wish I could rate them higher because they do a good job & are kind and accommodating but the sales-driven dialogue is suffocating. They say at the beginning that there’s no push to buy anything and they don’t want to force any products, and then come up to your window every 2-3 minutes with some new invisible cure for a problem that doesn’t exist for an extra $130. I’ve never been approached so many times during a damn oil change- probably 12 plus times in 30 minutes. I’ve been multiple times now since it’s close but have decided to go back to Jiffy Lube since they’ll just do the oil change & won’t try to sell you on anything.

I read lots of reviews before we went and everyone said how nice the people were and they did not lie. Every single person we interacted with were so nice, every single one who worked on our car introduced themselves and made sure I knew what they were doing. They told me what work was due but didn't pressure at all about any of them, just offered. I would definitely recommend and go again for our next service.

Wow! I see these great reviews, and I am astonished. I must have a "Kick Me" sign on my forehead. Went in for an oil change. Waited over 20 minutes, then finally my turn. I let him know I had a Groupon. It was downhill from there. Suddenly, he couldn't accept my coupon. He now wanted $163 for an oil change. Is it because I am older, blond, or a woman? Or a combo of all 3? I have had MANY oil changes, and NEVER have been quoted close to that price. I am a Lyft driver and let him know I was desperate for an oil change, that I literally did not have extra money, that I didn't even have rent covered yet (it was Saturday the 4th), and I had to drive that night. I begged him to put what ever oil he could just to have the filter changed. He had absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I asked him to show me where it says that my car ( 2016 Volvo) would cost extra. He would not. I pointed to their slogan on the wall, "We will serve people with excellence, humbly, with a servant's heart" and asked him to please help me out. He refused and would only accept $163 for the oil change. I could not afford it and left. I guess if you have money, they give you good service. If you don't and have a coupon, you are out of luck. This is a bait and switch shop with very poor customer service.

I used Groupon to get the Synthetic oil change half off. When it came to replacing the cabin air filter, the employee told me the price. It was around $40, I asked him how much it would cost me to do it and he said $20. I appreciated that honesty. And you can’t beat that free coke.

Oilstop at 134th St, Vancouver is a great company, who Dan, the previous wonderful owner sold to. I had changed to another company as I wasnt familiar with Oilstop. Reviews showed they still had great service, so I returned. I did use a Groupon oil change coupon, and since I got that services, the transmission change was discounted 20%! Pricing was more than fair as I called several places before. The team welcomed me, offered me a beverage, and promptly got busy. You now wait in your car (no waiting room), which is fine. The team changed my oil and I requested a needed transmission change today. They do a full check of lights, tires, wipers, fluid levels, etc..and do offer additional products to benefit your car. Very pleasant, attentive, and cordial. Thank you Zachary, Mac, Skylar, and several others...FANTASTIC service!

Overall, the services were done with excellent communication and a visible attention to detail. They work hard at checking everything they propose in their inspection. They try to up sell you a lot of product and services which if you don't get overwhelmed with the hype are probably necessary, so I recommend that you keep records and only do what is necessary and affordable. The costs can jump quickly. 5 stars for a job well done.
