From the beginning, Othman was very responsive to my inquiry regarding an interior detailing for my car. I called one day and he was out to my house the next morning. He was stayed in constant contact with me to let me know when he arrived and when he was complete with the job. He kept reassuring me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. Othman did a fantastic job detailing my car. I had the Diamond Service and a ceramic coating applied to my vehicle and it looks pristine both inside and out. Prior to the service, Othman came to my house to assess my vehicle and make recommendations. He didn’t try to upsell me on the most expensive products. He made recommendations that he believed would make my car look best without being overkill. We discussed pricing ahead of the actual service, which I found to be very fair especially after seeing how long he spent perfecting my car. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began working immediately. He worked on my car for two days and by the end it looked immaculate. Othman was extremely friendly and polite and I enjoyed talking to him throughout the process. He explained everything he was doing was invested in me understanding the process. Finally, Othman is a car-guy and it showed in the detail and care that he put into the work.

Othman did an amazing job with my jeep! I just drove down to Florida from Massachusetts with two dogs- a golden retriever and a black lab so there was a lot of dog hair to clean! My car looks and smells brand new now! The dog hair is gone and everything has been scrubbed down! The door and floor mats are sparkling! He did some nice final touches such the stripes in the back and free air fresheners! He was on time and let me know when he was almost here. It was great that he was able to do it right my driveway and I didn’t have to go anywhere. It was easy to schedule through yelp and he responded quickly! Will definitely use again!
