I stopped at this location today (11/12/23) after Advanced Auto Parts couldn’t help me. I had my 4 year old with me and needed help getting my battery checked. Cade at this location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to check what was going on while being patient as I handled my daughter. He not only checked and cleaned my battery thoroughly, but when we realized it was a starter issue, he called a mobile mechanic to get this issue taken care of ASAP. He truly made our otherwise kind of hectic and crummy day so much better, just by being kind and giving us the attention necessary to make sure we didn’t end up stranded. I’m so appreciative for the service we received today from Cade.

I stopped in with a part they did not carry, since it was not manufactured: the end elbow of a crankcase vent tube on a Victory Motorcycle. The Manager personally went out of her way to find me 3 different options, open each and compare, and resealed the unfitting options. What I purchased fit like a glove. When I returned later, she was eager to hear if what I bought had worked for me.
I cannot stress the level of personal interest, support, and professionalism offered by this store. When I have any auto parts needs, this store will be my go to.
