Was looking for great quality and I got that from Carlos! He is really personable and he backs it up with impeccable quality in window tint installation. I called multiple shops around the area and his price by far beats the competitions. I can be pretty picky and he lives up to his reviews. Gave me a whole different tint shade than what was asked and didn't offer to exchange it. On top of that it took more than 4 hours! Save your time and money. The mechanic there (mariano) overcharges and does not do quality work. I was left with the same issue even after payment was made.

I had a great experience. I called earlier in the week trying to make an appointment and they advised to show up and they would get me. I showed up on Saturday and like he said got me right in for a stereo install. Took about 1.5 hours and done. They took the time to show me the function of the stero and had me set up the Bluetooth. Great customer service in my books when they take the time when they could have just sent me on my way. I recommend this place for your stereo needs.

I used a different tint company on another vehicle and I wasn't 100% happy with the the tint. So when I bought a new vehicle last week I decided to look for a different local tint shop. I came across Norcal Auto Customs and decided to give them a try. I requested a quote and fairly quickly was messaged with two price options. I was able to make an appt for the next day which was Labor Day. The location was a little difficult to find since it's tucked away in the back of another property and there's no signs for the business. I met Carlos and he was very respectful and kind. We went over what I wanted and we talked about how my front windows had no tint and the back windows were factory tinted glass just not dark enough. He then offered to give me a ride home. He quoted me 2.5 to 4 hours for the tint to be done. It did take longer than the 4 hours and he stated my back window was challenging. However, he offered to deliver my vehicle home to me which was nice. I paid him and he emailed me a receipt right away. Overall, the tint is exactly what I asked for and looks amazing. Thank you Carlos and team for doing a great job with my windows. I will definitely recommend you guys to others.
