Absolutely phenomenal work on my vehicle, he even folded the blankets in my trunk, and it was raining pretty hard when we arrived, he used his vehicle to drive my daughter and I to the mall so we didn’t have to walk in the rain. He and his partner were kind and hardworking. Great service, we will definitely be back.

Truly the best experience I’ve ever had at a detailer! The previous owners of this place were not good at all but these new folks really made me a returning customer. If you’ve ever been here and had bad service maybe it was the previous owner. These guys are great!

Really bad! Price high, poor quality of service. Long Waiting time to get the car barely cleaned . On top of that the self called manager blamed me for the poor performance! (He said I was hurry up him to finish, with is Not true at all). Incredible ! I have been in this place several times before, no complaints so far…until now. This guy needs to change his actitude. And find different job. This happened today 10/9/25. I strongly Do Not recommend this place while this guy is in charge.

Dew handled the cleaning of my car while Moses attended to another vehicle. I appreciate that Moses took the time to correct the deficiencies I noticed. Both gentlemen are pleasant, with warm smiles, laughter, and great conversation. Mr. Splash at Brandon Exchange Mall offers excellent service in a friendly atmosphere.

My name is Anne and I had the pleasure to meet Christian from Mr. Splash. He did an amazing job with my car. I purchased a matte color car which turned out to be a pain to wash. I explained to him what I needed done. Without hesitation Christian got my car, inspected it, and got right to work. I came back 2 hours later and the car looked better than it did when I picked it up from the show room. Christian is the man! Don't overthink it - go by Mr Splash and get yourself premium service and reasonable prices.

My husband and I went there this morning. The man working there stared at us like we were disturbing him. He was on his phone and had his head under the hood of what appeared to be his personal vehicle. He told us he was having computer issues but he was no where near the office end of the business where a computer should be. He was very rude and never asked us what we wanted. We all got a little frustrated and angry. At this point, I will not ever go back there. There are a lot of other car washes that will treat us better.

This listed hours for this business say they open at 10 AM. My wife and I pulled in at 10:15 AM on 1/21 to find the guy working at the place under the hood of what I have to assume was his personal vehicle talking to someone in his earbuds. He began claiming their system was down and we plainly asked if that meant he wasn't open/couldn't wash the car. He begins muttering and sputtering more about a vague "system" so I eventually urge my wife that we need to leave and that there are always other car washes. The man tells us to pull around and he would "do it for free", which we never asked for or demanded. What we did desire was to pay for a full service package with buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning. He never asked us what kind of service we wanted or anything, he just starts angrily jerking things out of his storage area as I get out and try to figure out what his plan is because he hasn't asked us anything, and I do understand that there could have been circumstances that kept him from performing his duties. However, if that is the case, he could have simply told us that he was closed when we asked. At this point he's telling me that he'll service my wife but I need to leave or get in the car, so it also seems like the man was trying to threaten and/or intimidate me. We got in the car and left, I'm not paying for anyone, let alone this man that can't seem to manage a car wash, to try and goad me into a genital measuring contest. The bottom line is, in a world where there's always another car wash, taking the aggressive approach isn't professional or wise. We left and will most certainly be using any car wash in the future but Mr. Splash USA.

Moises did the most awesome job cleaning my car. I wish I had a before picture. I have a dog and he get his hair everywhere and leaves drool and nose prints on my windows. I had also spilled coffee on my seat and thought it stained. My car is much cleaner than when I bought her 3 years ago. If you need great detail and honest work, this is the place to go.
