I arrived there was no one to give me an air freshener so I grabbed my own and I grabbed a few extra. The black guy made me feel like I was a thief for taking a few extra. He was very rude and I did not like that if you were on your post on your job, I wouldn’t have to get out of my car to do my own membership or get my own air freshener. I did not like that because the air fresheners are free and the last couple of times nobody was up here to give it to me, so of course I grab a few extra. What’s the big deal ?

Terrible service! My car was damaged in the car wash. As soon as it entered into the car wash my tire pressure went down to zero when I parked it was completely flat. When I told the assistant manager James he started blaming me for the issue. My valve was not broken before as seen in the picture it was snapped off and rims scratched. He was very rude and not helpful at all. I am unable to talk to anyone to receive help.

Going monthly membership with them for a couple of years now, then last month they decided to raise price without informing me at all. Good thing my credit card told me about it. There are plenty of carwash services around for them to do this to their loyal customers.
