I am frustrated with my membership at the ModWash located at 4850 40th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709 I signed up expecting access to a fully functioning car wash and vacuum station, yet for nearly two weeks now, both the wash and vacuum areas have been closed due to ongoing technical issues. This situation has made the membership essentially unusable. I did not pay for a service that is repeatedly unavailable. Please let me know what steps you will be taking to make this right—whether that includes a refund, credit, or cancellation without penalty. I expect a prompt response, as this level of service is unacceptable.

Wonderful place! Great employees! Met several but the one that stood out the most to me was named Yahyah! She was a delight in every way possible. I originally denied getting a membership but after the excellent service and wonderful amenities, I've decided on my next trip I will be doing just that! Huge shout out to the staff here. Love this place! I canceled my Woodies membership for ModWash. Excellent facilities and the most amazing service and staff. I watched a staff member helping a lady wipe down her car today. I've only had my membership for 3 weeks but I know I will never go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and sign up now! You will not find better service anywhere!

This is the 3rd time I drive in to get a car wash and had to back out to go to another place. It’s awful; the associates ignore you and don’t come out to service or ask the customer. They sit and just chat and ignore you. The manager at this location needs to know their associates are a bunch of lazy people who don’t want to work. 3rd time I had to back out and go another Mod location to get my car wash; horrible as I have a membership and I should be able to go to any Mod.

Not my preferred washers, but adequate. Staff no where to be seen during the 1/2 hour i was there. I didnt need them anyway, but if I did I would have had to go hunting. Prices went up to $12 for basic wash.

I love coming to this new wash. Yah Yah was great, helped dry my truck, displayed excellent customer service, friendly and professional. I'll be back next Saturday for sure! 1 star is too much at this point. With every visit this wash goes downhill more and more. About a month ago the wash did not spray any soap on my vehicle. I asked if I could go through again and they said no, only once a day. About a week later I went back and the associate informed me the wash was not working with no eta when it would be fixed. Back today and the license plate reader isn’t working, the amount of soap dispensed was pathetic, the light that says when to exit the wash was not working, the vacuums were not on or broken and it had recently rained and no one collected the towels so they were all soaked. This location was built from the ground up only a year or so ago… How’s it this bad already? Employees when they first opened were very enthusiastic but current employees appear miserable and careless. Going to be looking for a new carwash.
