Horrible customer service me and the three members that I had in my family and friends group have all left. I was the last one we’ll never be back. We’ll go right up the street to Main Street in Belcher, where they take care of us when they have issues with their “software “

Terrible place a total scam in our opinion! They conned my husband into a membership we do not want nor need. We have been trying to cancel it several times with no luck. You cannot reach any person by phone. They direct you to their website, which is useless because they will never get back to you. The manage membership link on their website is useless does not work. If I could I would give it no star at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash. The facility is clean, efficient, and offers everything you need for a spotless car. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding customer service. Anthony was extremely helpful—friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I began a membership here today and the three people working were great. I am going to butcher her name, but Jarcellyn was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. She came out and hand dried my car, and spent way more time than she should have cleaning my very dirty rims. To the point I have to come back to get them finished, I had to leave for dinner. Very impressive establishment and people working there. Thank you, highly recommended!

Don't go here! Cancelled services on 12/12/25 - they charged again on 12/29/25. Went in and was told they would contact customer service for a credit & get back to me. I never heard back. Called corporate this morning, after 45 minutes on hold, they disconnected the call. Horrible customer service, in house & corporate level!

Bought a Mod Wash unlimited pkg. Employee offered to help me dry-off my Suburban....unheard of ! ! ! Here's a pic of my tires after wash....PLEASE fix the tire shine sprayer ! I have come 2 days in a row now... Update - 4 days later These are my dog pee tires done at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday on new rental car. Will be switching companies after membership expires...I gave u plenty of warning.

Signed up for a first responder discount program. First month was charged incorrect amount. Called customer service and was told I would received a discount on subsequent months. Next month was charged double. Was informed that Mod switched to a new software and I am still responsible for the increased payment due to their error. Save the trouble and do not sign up for their memberships.

This place has really gone down hill! The prices have increased tremendously ! Just went through the wash used NO water! Doesn't clean the car. Manager is so rude doesn't know what customer service is about.( short blonde female) don't know names!! I am going to move my membership to the new car wash being built by Publix on Belcher rd. I hope others consider their membership options maybe they will get their act together like it use to be.

We absolutely LOVE coming through this car wash, and it’s 100% because of the short-haired lady of modestly medium stature who works the front. She greets us every Friday with the kind of smile that makes you forget your coffee hasn’t kicked in yet. Every visit, she gives us a warm “Good morning!” and offers an air freshener like she’s presenting us with a VIP award. And honestly? It feels like she is. The wash itself is great and they have all the amenities when you're done to finish up! If you want a clean car and a clean start to your morning, this is your spot — and she’s the reason!

I love how after this place got quite a few negative reviews now all of a sudden they have a bunch of five star reviews talking about how wonderful they are. The wash itself is mediocre. They had software issues for about a month after doing an update which I understand the staff has no control over but it’s definitely frustrating to have an issue every time you go when you’re paying for a membership. Then somehow my membership got canceled because they said that my payment declined when I went in and spoke with a manager it showed a card number on file that did not belong to me. I’ve had the same debit card number for several years and what they were showing was completely different and I know that’s not the card that I signed up with. The day I went in to get a wash and they showed my membership is canceled. They refused to let me get a wash, even though I’m there several times a week and have never had an issue with a payment since I signed up. I understand that you can’t just trust people but when someone has been a loyal customer and there seems to be some mixup you should probably just do the right thing and give them a one time courtesy wash until the issue can be resolved. It’s not my fault that your system somehow associated the wrong card number for my account…if anything people should be concerned because what happened to my debit card information and is it now assigned to someone else’s account? Is what it is. I will never be back. I will never recommend this place. I will advise other people I know not to go there because of the reasons I mentioned. It’s just really unfortunate when a business can’t do the right thing for their customers.

Warning: this company is a fraud! They're signing people up for monthly memberships without their consent and refusing refunds. I was charged for a membership, I did not agree to and then was denied the refund. See attached screenshots. (These are just a few of the COUNTLESS complaints you will find). Evidently, it is their common practice to rip people off by signing them up for monthly memberships WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE NOR CONSENT and THEN refuse a refund of the UNAUTHORIZED charge!! I went in for a car wash on the 21st of last month and was going to pay $15 for a wash. The young male attendant asked me if I wanted 3 car washes for $20 instead, to which I repeated: "3 washes for $20? Sure, that sounds like a better deal, that brings it down to $6.66 per wash". I gave him my card, and he ran it for my 3 washes. Or so I thought. Then it occurred to me to ask: "wait a minute... this won't be a recurring payment, will it now?" To which he replied: "Uh... yes ma'am, it will be." I said: "No, no, no, no I never agreed to a monthly membership. That's what you just signed me up for wasn't it?" To which he nodded yes. I told him: "Cancel me right away. I am not interested in a membership, that was deceitful the way you just signed me up without my consent." He told me that I would have to come back within 3 days and ask to have it canceled, that he could not do it and there was no one that could do it then since it was already the evening. I came back the next afternoon and had to get in line for another wash in order to speak with one of the only two people who were working. I told her what had happened yesterday and that it needed to be canceled so that I wouldn't be charged next month. She very impatiently told me to move along and that she would make sure to get it canceled. There were other customers behind me and I was treated as though the other customers mattered more than me. She ASSURED me she would cancel it, so I moved along. Today, I look at my bank account and see that I was charged $31.79. I call corporate, and some young girl tells me that she canceled it so it won't renew next month but they're keeping the $31.79 as it needed to be cancelled 3 days before the auto renewal, and that there's no way shape or form that she can give me the refund of my $31.79. I told her that I did my part every step of the way and that they are the ones who messed up so they need to fix it. She refused to let me speak with a manager or a higher up. When I pressed, she said her manager was on break. I asked her to have the manager call me back. She said that was not an option. So then I called a few more times and she made sure to not answer the phone, which leads me to believe that their "corporate office" is ran by 1 or 2 people and is an absolute joke. I went to the car wash location and asked to speak with the manager, which happened to be the same lady, Angela, that assured me she would get it canceled for me last month. I reminded her of what had happened, and she said she remembered, and she insisted that she had canceled it then. So I requested my money back, and of course, she told me there was NOTHING whatsoever she could do either and that it was up to corporate. I explained to her what had happened with corporate, and she stood her ground. She showed me "my" initials on whatever she pulled up on the computer and they were most assuredly NOT my initials, (the kid initialled it for me last month) Aka: ILLEGAL!!!! She was, however, professional in the way she listened to my complaints. However, she did not resolve it in the least bit nor attempt to find any kind of solution. I even recommend that SHE called corporate herself and had them handle it, and fix it, to which she said she would not do. So, I went home and did what I told her I would do: leave a review of my negative experience, and contact BBB as well as the fraud department of my bank. And that is by no means the extent of all I'll be doing. P.S. I also showed her these screenshots that I'm sharing here in my review.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND I am not sure whether this location is corporate owned or a franchise, and in the end that probably does not matter. I mention it only because this site constantly has technical issues at the entrance gate. Months ago staff reported that lightning damaged the license plate reader. After that there was a software upgrade. None of it has solved the problem. This car wash sits on a very small property with a compact entrance and only two lanes. One of those lanes has been down for months. Do not be surprised if you pull in and find yourself in a line of five or more cars. While one or two customers are being offered membership promotions, the entire line continues to back up. The staff seem discouraged and unable to give any clear information about when the software issues or gate problems will be resolved. The wash itself is decent, but the experience is not worth the hassle. I do not recommend this location. They have been given every opportunity to fix these issues, and at this point it feels like they rely on membership revenue rather than earning repeat business through reliable service. P.S. A competitor is building a brand new high-tech experience on the corner of Sunset Point and N. Belcher in the PUBLIX parking lot. Can’t wait to leave the disappointment of MOD WASH.

Don’t take your car here if you have don’t want to ruin your wheels and paint. Not only was the car not cleaned nearly at all. My drivers side wheel has a huge gouge from the track. They try to sell you a scam membership, the discounts they advertise are false unless you sign up for the membership. Only positive things were the customer service and the vacuum/air compressor. Never coming back

Customer service is always excellent and it’s very new and clean. I checked around and they have a lot of locations in Florida and for the price point I think they have consistently the best machinery and equipment.
