Based on the positive reviews, I brought my 10-year old car in for 100k service. I expected them to perform a bunch of questionable efforts like "check this and check that" along with a big bill. But instead I got a comprehensive and carefully itemized list of recommendations - along with reasonable prices for each. I could check off which ones I approved and which ones I declined. I opted for almost everything - plugs, injector service, transmission fluids, etc, and made an appointement for the following week. Overall, I interacted with several of the front desk people. All were experienced pros who obviously run a quality operation. The ultimate charges were exactly as predicted. No surprises. I recommend them enthusiastically.

Ken in service department is a fantastic. Kept me in the loop during the repair process. The whole Team at Modern is A class act! From the time of purchase to 1st oil change and some minimal issues were addressed and they worked well with me. Full shout out to the whole team and the owner! If I had one bad thing to say, it would be that I didn’t get a picture after the purchasing of my vehicle! 🤣😊

The service they did was good but the technician suggested we get a new battery which was only 1 year old, and said there was an oil leak which I know is not true and wanted us to replace the bearings when there is no looseness in the front end.

Joe does a great job taking care of me when I have any car issues or am in for a routine oil change. Modern Auto does great work and are extremely helpful. Really nice that they are a one stop shop with the detailer across the street and dealer next door. I'll usually peruse the used car lot while I'm waiting.

Great first experience for some routine maintenance. The rates were fair and work was done efficiently and well. The loaner car is a huge bonus for someone like myself who works a job on the road and frees me up from down town at work. Got me in two days after I called. Would certainly recommend. Called twice to make and appointment.. no answer. Made an appointment online. I got a text to decline/approve service. No one ever called to explain things to me so I called and got no answer. I approved work and then tried to call later in the day to see if my car was done. Big shock no answer. When my car was finally done once again I only got a text and no call. I never spoke to anyone until pick up. Customer service is obviously not a priority

First time there last week just to get an inspection done. Service was quick & easy ($5 cheaper than other inspections too, a plus!). There was no up selling & I appreciate the welcome email indicating how their business operates & why they are different from the rest. They seem to really care about the customers & want what is best for them. The guys there all seem so friendly & just good vibes overall! My boyfriend & I will definitely come back. :)

We Recently had service done at Modern Auto. After 50 years of purchasing new cars and having service done my cars I can say with great satisfaction that Modern Auto has given me the best service I have ever received. I would highly recommend the sales department and the service department. Our salesman was David P who was just fantastic to work with. He has checked back with us on several occasions to be sure everything was working well and that we were happy with our purchase. Hi Joe I not only bought my car there I love the service dept & how smoothly everything goes from start to finish. My car has been a gem & after 5+ yrs I needed to get work done., & having a loaner allowed me to get to work & allowed me to continue with every day activities.
