I really enjoyed this car wash on Topaz and BearValley. I went in for my car wash and the lady Nichole was very kind and helpful when purchasing my car wash. Then when I came out to dry my car she came by to make sure everything was good and offered any assistance if needed. It’s very rare to get such good customer service at a car was. This was my first time going to this car wash. I’m very skeptical about going through most of them because of bad experiences with either customer service or mechanical issues, or both. I have to say I was very pleased with the response and great customer service from Angelina. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. It made my experience going to a car wash again 💯. I live in Hesperia and it’s a drive for me going out that way, but I’ll be visiting that location regularly. Thank you Angelina for being so personable and kind. You know the place didn’t look like much but I was in the area. The guy that helped out was professional and the actual wash was probably one of the best jobs for not being a detail. It was really good. I was taking my truck in for a vehicle wrap so I wanted to get the bugs that have splattered off. They did a great job without me having to ask. It’s about 15 miles out of my area and I don’t travel frequently in that direction but I will go there at least twice a month. It’s well worth it. It was less than $30 for a full size Chevy 2500 truck.

I like it because it’s quick and easy drive through. My only issue is that the back of my car never gets dried. You need some of the drying ports pointed outward to catch the rear of vehicles.

I don't know why this has a lot of good reviews if it really sucks. It doesn't wash the car, right? The vacuum hole is too small to suck up anything they're always falling apart. It always leaves a lot of water on my car. And dirt i've already tried to speak to somebody standing by the entrance to cancel my membership for 3 months. They're still taking it out. I've tried calling nobody answers. I've tried leaving messages. Nobody gets back to me they don't answer the phone. Because they know that people are gonna cancel their membership If I could give it a 0 star, I would. By the way, the last time that I went and I canceled my membership with the girl standing by the entrance.she was so rude and she tried to charge me more than $25 for a car wash. Because I told her I wanted to cancel it. I'll pay this one separate. So I told her just give me the lowest one. She didn't give me that option. I' had to ask for it. She was so rude. I bet you. She said she was gonna cancel my membership, but she really didn't now. I got charged.
