I took my car for the first time, paid for car wash with tire shine - $14.00. However, there tire shine was not done. I came back and told the attendant, she was very nice and gave me another car wash for free. The 2nd time I washed car within 30 minutes from the 1st, the tires were not shinned. But they are very nice and the car is washed well.

This place is bad. I will not be back. The no longer brush the front, see the bugs are still there, water spots everywhere cause they no longer wipe it down, see the simple dirt on my tail lite, if they wiped it down, that woukd be clean. Sad part, all these good places sold out, all those employee are out of work. From 8 to 12 to 2. Sad.

I am a member of this car wash service, I come every day to wash my car, and today September 24th at 1:40pm the man at the main gate is disrespectful and rude, just for telling him to apply soap to my car with the dispenser because he didn't do it, he was rude and with insults, I hope they take action on the matter. and the second guy also doesn't put the soap with the dispenser on the car. It is a service that I am paying for and they don't do it.

Very nice carwash with reasonable prices. When vacuuming my truck out I mentioned to the woman that checked me that a vacuum was clogged. She got right on it. Great work ethic. She should be the manager.

I want a refund...I paid money for a wash, even tipped, so I could use the vacuums and not take advantage, and they, with no prior warning before the wash or afterwards, shut the vacuums off right when I began using them. The inside of my car is filthy and really came just for the vacuums. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. This is the last time I come back here.

Broke my antenna assembly and have it on camera. The GM made excuses and said they would offer a free month only. Second incident I’ve had with them.. First they broke my stock roof rack.

Went to vacuum my vehicle and 2 of the hoses fell off. The suction is not strong either. Ended up not vacuuming and left. Inside the car wash when it blows the water off it does not seem strong either. My vehicle still is left with water. I have another issue that happened 3 years ago and I still have not heard anything back from the company.

I’m new to the area and this is my second time visiting this car wash. I have to say, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the place is extremely clean. However, I’m disappointed with the wash itself. I paid full price, but after going through the machine, my car still had bird droppings on it. This has happened twice now, and both times I had to go home and hand wash my car to remove what the machine didn’t clean. Unfortunately, the wash quality just isn’t meeting expectations.

After long conversation with the staff to re was my car because it was left very dirty after the first "upgraded more expensive" car wash was still left with a mess all over it. They decided to tell me it needed scrubbed with something. My mind. "A car wash" lol should do the trick. I used my shirt sleeve since it was the only thing available and got it off since their up graded wash wouldnt after two washes. Will most likely never be back.
