Milner is always incredibly slow to respond to any technical issue and often fails to provide a sufficient solution. Response times are days or weeks, except for the many, many autogenerated emails that they send you after you send a ticket. For years they told us that our Macs could not adopt our printer’s finisher settings because “Macs don’t like printers.” I, a non-technically trained person, figured out the solution, though after much time-consuming trial and error. All of my coworkers will do anything possible to not contact Milner’s help desk, even if means living with a less-than-ideal workaround because what’s the point? Please stay away from this company. I have no idea how they are rated so highly.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

MY NEW SALE/ LEASE CONTACT PERSON IS AWESOME !!! HIS NAME IS HUNTER DAVIS . ALWAYS ASK FOR HIM ! I RETURNED A CALL TO HIM AFTER 5PM . HE ACTUALLY TOOK MY CALL, AND CALLED ME BACK WITH A PROPOSAL COMPARING THE 2 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT THAT I NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH . EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER 7PM , HE TOOK HIS PERSONAL TIME TO WALK ME THROUGH THE OPTIONS . HE WAS HELPFUL , AND NOT PUSHY . HE HAD DONE HIS HOMEWORK !
