Ms Britney was so sweet! She was so helpful and answered all my questions. She spent time helping me find the car I had drove over there for. It got sold very fast. They had a sweet Lexus but the trunk size was too small. I would had bought it from her otherwise! I appreciate how she made me feel. Thank you for your great service! I had to do a positive review. You are the kind of sales person they need.

I had an outstanding experience at Matt Bauer’s Nissan. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and the quality of service was exceptional. It’s rare to find a team that combines both efficiency and genuine care for their customers, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Took my Mercedes into service to replace the tires, Miss Chrissy the service advisor took care of me and Mr Chris the parts manager compared the prices and got the best tires for my budget. The service staff was attentive and quick, and got my car in and out in a few hours with the alignment and other things. Regardless of me being an employee they treat everyone like family. I come here to get my 2021 Nissan Sentra serviced, and I’m always met with the kindest and knowledgeable set of workers each time. I really enjoy the coffee bar as well while I wait for my car service. They usually give me a time that my car will take and they always meet that set time right on time. The waiting rooms are very comfortable and bright setting. It’s always a wonderful experience at Matt Bowers, Nissan of South Mississippi.

I came from Louisiana to purchase a used vehicle with their extended warranty plan and maintenance package. Clay was my salesperson and he was very respectful, helpful, and communicative. Amazing location, the facility was well designed, and they have ideal roads for test drives. They replaced the battery and performed an alignment before selling the vehicle. In my experience, most dealers don’t do that. I used to work as a master technician at a dealership and was very impressed of how everything checked out when I did a quick inspection. They even got me 2 free cruise tickets for 5 days! Purchasing a vehicle from out of state was very easy for me. There were no additional fees/taxes for registration my vehicle and I got my new plate mailed to me. I would definitely recommend Matt Bowers Nissan to my friends and family!

I came in here to get my vehicle repaired after it wouldn't start. The dealership staff was absolutely amazing and were able to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road. I had questions about some of the maintenance work they suggested and they walked me through everything and were able to show me on my vehicle where the issues were. They were able to provide me peace of mind that the work they were suggesting truly needed to be accomplished. The waiting area is very nice with windows open to the maintenance area so you can actually see your vehicle being worked on which is really nice. They have a nice coffee bar and bottled water which is free. The bathrooms were clean too which is always a bonus. They even have an area with tablets for children to play. Overall the dealership does a great job to take care of their customers needs. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for service again if needed and suggest you do the same too. One other awesome thing they did was give me free access to the Carfax report for my vehicle.

I recently bought a car from Matt Bowers Nissan, Ramirez was my salesman, and I couldn’t say enough great things about my experience! He was patient and tentative, helping me out for hours while I test drove multiple cars. I am very indecisive, and he was patient and helpful throughout the entire process, giving me extra insights about each of the cars I was looking at. The finance team was excellent as well, doing everything they possible could to get me the best deal! I kept them there after hours doing paperwork, and after a very long day, everyone was still so easygoing and most importantly, KIND. 11/10 experience. Wonderful people and service! Great location and service waiting area. I actually look forward to getting my oil changed. Relaxing in the service area is my break from a busy schedule. It's private enough that I can get work done if needed, but I usually prefer to relax with a cappuccino. I love the all of the complementary coffee options. A fun Bonus is the window in the waiting area so I cheek on my car while it's being serviced. For longer services, the location is great for shopping or browsing in the promenade.

My girlfriend took her car in here and had the transmission replaced. Upon getting her car back, she drove to my house and parked. When we backed up, we noticed that the plastic engine splash guard under the vehicle was hanging down. Not having the proper tools, and noting that several of the areas where the clips go through were split, our only option was to cut the guard off where it was hanging down. Sidenote....when she took her vehicle in, there was no issues with the splash guard. The dealership admitted to removing it to replace her transmission and to also reinstalling it when they were done. The service manager pointed out that there were multiple clips missing that hold the cover on, but then stated that she must have hit something for it to get damaged (yet there is no visible damage if any kind of impact with the splash guard). Now, they want her to pay $250 for a new skid plate and said they will install it for free! Funny thing is, we found them online for less than $60! This really makes me question if there was ever an issue with her transmission in the first place! Oh yeah....they quoted her approx $4k to redo her transmission, but turned around and charged the warranty company nearly double! Hmmm
