Worse carwash that I've ever gone to, I should have checked these reviews before I went. $30 dollars for a rip off, they do the cleaning in such a hurry that at the end almost nothing is cleaned. And worse you got to pay before you receive the service.... Don't ever made the same mistake that I did by taking your car there

I only put 1 star because 0 was not an option. They are always changing prices. Higher prices with poor quality. They do the bare minimum and leave steals and smears everywhere. They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility saying it was prob already worn and when they touched it that caused it to break further which is a lie. Had to argue back and forth. Not worth the trouble for the terrible quality and price

I have been going there for over 10 years, but the last couple of times their quality has greatly diminished even though they raised their prices. Today, I asked for a retouch on a couple of spots on my bumper and the guy refused to do it because he said he already did it. He began to angrily argue with me about wiping the bug spots off. I guess it’s under new management. It’s my last time going there.

They were giving back my truck still dirty. I had paid for the ultimate package which was $29.99. Dirt and black soot still left under the fender flares (had to rub my finger to show the manager since they didn't see it), the sides of the truck still left with dirt streaks, and under the door handles were still left dirty. First and last time I come here...

I should have checked these reviews before I went. I actually had no problem with the staff, service, or final cleanliness of my car. Why I'm giving 2 stars is whatever they used to clean the windows left a film that the morning dew clung to this morning, no matter how much I ran the wipers I couldn't see well. I made a turn east out of my neighborhood and the glare on the hazy windows was so bad I HIT THE MEDIAN IN THE ROAD AND ALMOST DAMAGED MY CAR. I had to pull over and completely dry the windows. I'm going to get some proper window cleaner now because whatever they used is DANGEROUS.

One would think that if you pay for the "Super Interior" package that everything inside the car would be cleaned, but not here. Unless you read the fine print of the cleaning package itself, you'll be left with a car that's clean everywhere except the seats, or in my case, the seats will be dirtier. To make things even better, they consider cleaning the outside of the car to be spraying it with water and drying it. No effort is made to try and clean anything that requires them to scrub for more than 2 seconds. There were several spots on the vehicle where with just my fingernail I was able to remove left over dirt. When I attempted to resolve this with the manager, they only offered to clean the things they'd already cleaned, and refuse to do anything more unless I pay them another $50 to have them do the job I expected them to the first time. This place is a scam and should be shutdown.

I bought my car 4 months ago (new from the dealer) they recommended to do waxing which I agree and I was charged $74. Once I got home I realized my car was completely ruined, scratches on the entire car, you can see the wax machine scratches all over. I went to show them and they said it was like this which is IMPOSSIBLE and I know it wasn’t

This place is a joke, I went to get my car washed, it was dirty, obviously reason why I needed to get it washed. I asked for the $20 wash and they guy said there would be a surcharge because the car had some sand in the back and it would take longer for them to get it washed, I asked how much the "surcharge" would be, he said "$20". Trust me, my car wasn't dirty enough to pay two washes. Next time my car is clean maybe I'll bring it by to get it cleaner. Pics of my filthy two carwash needed car attached....

I went yesterday to wash my car, and while I was waiting, I decided to eat breakfast inside the gas station. After my car was ready (clean but with details), I chose to go and do my errands; late that afternoon, I noticed that the car watch had a weird time, and I decided to investigate why this happened since this was the first time the time was off, I found out that that occurs when the battery is disconnected. Somehow, I suspect they try to disconnect it. Please beware of this place and don’t take your eyes out of your car.

Took our RAV4 there and paid for the silver package ($25), and they did an incredible job. We have gotten 5 compliments from different friends/family on how clean the car is just in the past 3 days since getting it washed. Definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back!

Quality of work , customer service, and prices have continued to get worse as time goes on. I have been a customer here for many years supporting the workers but I am throwing in the towel as the new management is unacceptable. 1. The service is the same as always with higher prices and poor quality 2. The new cleaners always leave the car or the windshield dirty or scoff the interior of the car 3. The sales person is always trying to up sale you on car wash type and even if you tell him no he tells you are unable to pick the wash you have always gotten and need to spend more 4. The car wash machine is not being Maintained and now leaves scuff marks on the clear paint of the car - lack of maintenance of machine The workers will find other work, these business needs to focus back on the basics - TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER ….

I took one of my cars yesterday and was not happy with the interior and some spots left uncleaned on the exterior. Today I took my wife's car and I explained my experience to the attendant. He said that the $16 wash did not include the interior defects I was complaining about. I went ahead and paid the $20 in order for these things to be covered. When they gave me my car back, I was beside myself. Carpets were left with sand and not vacuumed. Spots on the interior and exterior of car not cleaned. I took care of these things within 10min when I got home. I will never return to this place again.

I paid 123 dollars for a detailed car wash and expected my car to be washed thoroughly (it was already really clean to begin with). When I went to pick it up it was visibly dirty both inside and outside. I had to tell one of the employees this and they tried really hard to make excuses and did not apologize nor took action right away. I had to insist and have an unpleasant conversation for them to fix the issues. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not waste your money.
