Came here hoping to get a car wash. Drove into the first lane and the machine door was open. The line of people behind shifted to the 2nd line leaving me stuck in the broken machine first lane. The woman there was on her phone and failed to waive me into the second lane knowing the machine was broken. Also a cone was not placed there either to let customers know machine 1 is broken. She did not help me back out or anything. I reversed and waited to finally get into lane 2. The woman did not apologize. I had questions about the services and she had an attitude. At that point I did not want to spend my money here and decided to go elsewhere. My first and last time here. Not a good experience

This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I took my jeep with after market part like millions of jeeps in South florida here. Not only did it leave soap all over my jeep it tore my light bar off. They said there was signs but I saw not one sign about after market parts. They put me through it twice to try and clean it off. So now I have a dirty jeep and a broken light bar. DO NOT GOT TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A NICE VEHIICLE. IT WILL TRASH IT. They never said a word about after market parts. Guy working there even came up and helped me pay. Never once was anything brought up about after market parts till it was too late. What a terrible experience.

3/15/2024 I love the M car wash because of the place, location, service, and awesome people who work there! They are very professional, helpful, and kind! The Ceramic package that I am going with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The vacuum system has great-very strong suction! The vacuuming is quick and easy. The 'rug beater' machine is my favorite too! The floor mats look like new. :) Thank you for a great job!

Great car wash but we have a lifted truck and the last dryer arm broke our windshield wiper. At first the manager wasn’t going to do anything but when my husband asked for a refund he called his GM and refunded us and pressure washed our mats for free. That was chill. Other than that it’s an alright wash. Would be better if they had people to prewash the tires though.

I’ve been here several times and it usually has been an OK experience. But this last time I went was a nightmare. I went early Saturday morning and the card reader didn’t work so the attendant asked me to go to the gas station to remove cash from the ATM. I thought this to be strange but I complied. After I did that I came back around 30 mins later to realize the card reader was working. I then paid with debit card and proceeded to go through the car wash like I have several times before. Once in the car wash I heard a loud noise so the operator stopped the car wash and looked around and then turned it back on. At this point I had no idea what that sound was. Then at the end I literally saw the top buffer snap my antenna right off. So I pulled up and then went looking for it in the machine. As I pulled away I noticed my light bar was completely lifted off the top of my car and bent. I spoke with the car wash manager about my damages and he showed me a sign and had me fill out a report. Days later and I still have yet to receive a call from the manager and/or owner about the damages done. I have repaired these damages which costed me $1,500. This was the most expensive car wash I have ever had. PLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO DAMAGES THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

This place is amazing! Their customer service is great. They are pleasant and always offer to do extra without expecting anything. This is the only place I trust. Vacuums are never broken and they have rags to use if you want to wipe down the inside of your car. I also want give a shout out to Wes, He really went Above and beyond for me and I really appreciate his professionalism and courteousness. I absolutely love this Car Wash.
