Matt and his team are incredible! It seems good communication can help prevent a lot of it so all future jobs we have communicated our timeline needs so all of us are on the same page. Keehners pocketed most the insurance money without doing the work and now we’re left with a vehicle that’s not even legal to drive in it’s current state. Our insurance gave Keehner a check for 20k for the repairs on our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was supposed to be done in 6-8 weeks. After 15 weeks of being given the run around about when it would be done I asked the insurance to call him. The body shop owner then text me and harassed me about contacting the insurance company. He said I made him look bad to the insurance. Finally got the car back (unfinished and in horrible condition) at week 16 with an estimate of what still needed fixed and a check for 5k (the insurance requested he provide these) which was the amount he claimed still needed done. I’ve taken it to two other body shops since and both said the same thing: 1 - There is no reason it should take 16 weeks to have done the little work he did do. 2 - Original estimate was under estimated and Keehner should have submitted the additional repairs to the insurance as supplemental but failed to do so. 3- There is well over 5k of repairs that need done. 4 - The work Keehner did was SO bad most of it needs re-done. Never have I experienced a more unprofessional business.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago
