Great experience! Asante, Jose, Nicole and Sean were just great, really good attitudes, work ethics and customer service all around. I have an old truck with a new motor that needed a new motor oil change with a flush, and went to another place first. The guy there had no idea what I was talking about and argued with me about needing a flush additive, which threw me off. I'm not car savvy, and he was talking to me like I was an idiot. So I went to Jiffy Lube, not expecting much. I think the last time I went to a Jiffy Lube was in the early 2000s. It was a lot cheaper then. 🤣 But I was, as I've said, really impressed. They pointed out things that could be done, but no hard sales. Jose had owned a few trucks of the same make and model, which inspired confidence. Asante explained everything clearly, went over the bill with me. I left feeling confident that there weren't any major issues with my car, and totally satisfied with my oil change experience, and when was the last time you could say that?

The service was absolutely excellent at the Jiffy Lube on Cornwall street i n Bellingham, WA. ! Deja J., Asante W., Sean V., and Jaiden B. answered all my questions and explained everything to me about other services that they can't do there. They were SO polite and eased my worries. Came in for an oil change and ended up also needing to get my radiator coolant fluid changed. The service rep showed me the test strip and explained how they determined it needed changing. My car was likely due based on mileage but I appreciated the extra step the team took to inform me. Great, quick, and courteous service. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I had accidentally over filled my oil and came in nervous. When I came in, I expect to have to pay and just was going to get my oil changed. Instead I got told they can rebalance my levels for free and that it's not time for me to get my oil changed. Which they could have totally gotten more money out of me but instead we're in integrity. I will definitely be coming back when it is actually time to get my oil changed.

Nice folks. 4 different techs talked to me about my car during a 15 minute service (excessive and disconcerting to have so little continuity). They had to holler across the bay to know if my air pressure had been checked and asked me if I had been cashed out. No one checked the cabin air filter. They used pressurized air to clean dried battery acid out, which I appreciated. But ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend this store because, although I appreciate the transparency about the below event, it really makes me question their competence. I was told that they installed a filter that was too long, when they tried to reinstall the skid-plate, it bowed. They said they did a thorough job and made sure that the skid plate wasn’t going to be bowed out, scrape on the ground, and ultimately spray oil everywhere. I am unnerved that the tech installed the wrong-sized filter in the first place and didn’t notice until reattaching the skid-plate… and then I was told they were swapping out the filter as if they were doing me a favor… for me, it’s a minimum expectation. I would recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Ferndale - great customer service and truly thorough service.
