I recently needed to seek service for my 2013 Infiniti G37 and decided to take my vehicle to Infiniti of Clearwater service department for engine, window and hood repairs. My first interaction was with the parts department who answered my questions thoroughly and then introduced me to Chris Hradesky a service consultant in the service department. Chris was fantastic! He was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me and all my questions about my various needed repairs I needed for my vehicle. Chris actually took the time to explain how to reset my windows and walked me through the steps to reset my windows which I greatly appreciated. Before leaving the service department Brad Crum (service manager) introduced himself to me and reassured me all repairs would be completed by the next day and also was extremely professional and courteous during my interactions with him. My overall experience with the Infiniti of Clearwater service department was excellent and I would highly recommend them for servicing your vehicle.
