From the time I first called, to pickup, Shane communicated every step along the way. He took a well-worn vehicle with more than 235,000 miles and brought it back to sparkle as if it just came off the showroom floor. I simply can’t say enough good things about Shane and Immaculate Detailing! After meeting him at a Middletown Chamber event, I trusted him with my 2014 Honda CRV that I bought when it only had 13 miles on it. Not only did he make my car look brand-new on the inside and out, he also got rid of several scratches, steam cleaned the engine, and even the area all around the outside of the gas tank was completely spotless! I never would have expected that area to be cleaned, too!! Shane cares about his customers like you’re family, treats your car like he would treat his own. I just can’t say enough good things about him and his business!

The praise given to Shane and his team in these reviews is spot-on. The attention to detail and personal customer service can't be overstated. We brought in our Outback which had years of dog hair built up and was covered with fine dust from the Badlands. The before pictures don't really do the filth justice, it was honestly disgusting to sit in. When we got it back it looked phenomenal. The interior was immaculate, including the engine bay. They even tackled the exterior and pulled out scuffs and scratches that I thought were a done deal. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you're vehicle is in need of some TLC then definitely give Immaculate Detailing a try, you won't regret it.

Shane is an awesome dude and has a great crew. My car looked like a homeless man had been living in it for years and they told me my car was the worst they had ever seen! Long story short I was trading my car in at a dealership and they gave me a high number on the upper end of KBB trade in (sight unseen). In less than 10 hours Shane had my atrocity looking factory new and the dealership actually gave me an even higher number on my trade in. Shane did amazing work on my filthy SUV. It honestly looks brand new inside and out now and cleaner than I ever imagined it could look again. I have two kids who eat in my car, and it was a mess. Shane was able to get ground up candy out of the leather, a couple years worth of dirt off the floor and had the whole thing spotless.
