I would give no stars if I could. The automatic car wash leaked hydraulic fluid all over the passenger side of my 2 year old car. The owner gave me $20 and said to go to mikes car wash. I had to have the car detailed at the cost of $150.00. The paint is now starting to come off from the damage. The company is now charging peoples credit cards illegally. They say "well we haven't ran anyone's card since December because we were switching credit card companies". It's a lie and I have the recorded phone call of them saying that and the bank statements to prove it. BEWARE this place will rip you off. I'll see you in small claims court.

I’ve washed my cruiser here almost every single work day for about 5 months. I usually purchase the $8 wash for the touchless automatic. Today, the car wash was in the middle of the soap cycle when it suddenly stopped, the garage door opened and the dryers turned on... luckily the dryers blew off most of the soap, but I was left with a filmy, residue on my cruiser that I had to wash off at another car wash. I wouldn’t usually have an issue with this because I understand this was maybe a glitch, however, I couldn’t get a receipt for this wash because the paper roll is always empty, I assume. When I tried to call the number provided, the phone rang for several moments until I was met with a dial tone. Don’t waste your money here because if something goes wrong, you’re apparently not going to get your money back. Yes, this is a work vehicle I wash here, but I use my own money to wash it. Mikes car wash will be opening on route 4 soon and I’m hoping I can start going there.

It's decent if you want to blow the salt off of your vehicle and then go home to spend 2 hours hand scrubbing your car. The brush is essentially useless in the cold and just smears the salt around. Which is why I presume people are upset that their car still looks unwashed after. You're essentially washing your car with a salt brush.

The Auto-Wash is always stocked, always clean, and never short of a Hurricane being poured out over your vehicle. There is no such thing as... "Soap left on my car" being said here! There are vending machines offering various products for your car needs.

The washes all work well, only thing that keeps me from ging a 5-star rating is the touchless car wash. PLEASE remove the wheel guides on the ground. They are not needed and end up scratching customer wheels.

I have lived close by for over 10 years. I've been gone here many times, mostly in the winter. I always use the "touchless." It takes credit cards for a reasonably priced wash. It is great to get the salt and other stuff off your vehicle. Don't expect to compare it to a hand wash in your driveway where you are meticulous cleaning like 12 inches from the body. It does wonderful for what I need, and the best part is I just sit in the car and let it do its thing.

Was like riding through the rain lol car got soapy and everything . Done it at 130am came out to my car at noon . Car looked like it did before I ran it through the carwash lol never again

I felt like $10 for the premium touchless wash was a bit much, but I had to remember that it's open 24 hours, open during the winter months and it comes with an undercarriage wash. I didn't see what else was offered in that package because I was sold on the undercarriage wash. I love that it's open 24 hours because I like to wash my car at night, avoiding the busy crowds and not having to rush. I usually wash my car twice a week by hand and wax it every couple months, but my regular car wash doesn't have an undercarriage wash and the water usually ends up freezing to my car before I can even wash it during the winter months, making getting the salt off a bit more difficult. My car came out completely spotless and looked amazing. I was also surprised by the dryers at the end! The place itself is a bit out of the way from where I live, but I'm definitely gonna use this place during the winter months when the roads are salted.

The roll up gate was broken and just dragged down the entire length of the roof of my car scratching it. Also the "guards" destroyed my wheels. Update: How do I get reimbursed? I've been trying to contact this place since 6/30 with 0 response.

Okay may be a tad too nice on my part. Wanting quarters from the machine, I received tokens. Using said tokens resulted in the discovery of the self-serve powerwashers almost complete brokenness. I think the tire soap worked and it took extra time to rinse off due to the trickle of water pressure. Only redemption was decent enough auto wash afterwards

I love this car wash, but the vacuums are terrible. You spend more time fixing the hose attachment than vacuuming, and by the time you do it, your time is up. I hope this is fixed with the new ownership.

This place has gotten a lot worse since new ownership. I usually come through once or twice a week and everything has always been great. Whatever new presoak they are using is pointless and seems to be just water. The last time I went the quarter machine took my money and the token machine was broken so it was a waste of a trip there. Pretty bummed as this place was great and close now but now I have to find another to use as I’ve been disappointed the last 4 times.

Touchless is cheap and does fine, also the only touchless in the area however would not recommend for full size vehicles, 25 ram 1500 had only about an inch between both tires and their guards and mirror must be folded in.

We recently discovered this car wash and we're happy with it. We went today and spent 2.25 to soap our vehicle up, then put in another 3.00 to rinse only to discover there was no water. We went to the next bay and put in 1.00 to discover again, no water. In a soapy mess we made our way to Mike's car wash where they took excellent care of us. If the car wash wasn't operational, then they should have put a notice up to prevent people from trying to use the equipment. Thank you Mike's car wash!
