I met Hugo in Febuary 2017, he seemed real nice and talked a good game about how he can help you and bend over backwards to help his customers, until I had a horrible Expierience with this family owed business. I had purchases two cars from this guy and they both broke down on me and my wife. One of The cars broke down on the side of the highway and the other one broke down in the middle of a busy intersection I had to pay $144 for towing and He said he would fix it but it seems like all the cars are not reliable....He filed a restraining order after I flipped out on him. Please don't buy from these crooks !!!

They are very dishonest and impolite! We had a deal, to do the maintenance of my car, but they didn't admit it! They did the work first without telling me to pay more but afterwards they threatened me to pay the price they wanted or never get the car back! Their attitudes are very terrible and one of them even used a very racial word to me! Jesus witness that I didn't use any bad word to them! But they were using the aggressive phrasing! Shame on this shop and the people!

I loveeeeeeeee them. I was looking around everywhere for a car and my friend brought me to them, the best decision tht day stepping foot in their office. Scarlett was the best and explained everything to me and even worked with me with my down payment. Hugo was awesome as well. The down payment was affordable and my payments are easy to manage. I recommend everyone to get ur first or next car from them! You will not be sorry!!!

Took my f250 king Ranch 6.0 to get my EGR fixed and they did a good job! They have good communication, very detailed explanation on what the problem is. Vary fare on the price, and time table on repairs. They make sure the job is done right! I recommend you there service. Thank you Hugo and your crew for doing a honest job.

UPDATE: 1 YEAR LATER AND $4000 IN PARTS AND LABOR & LIES DOWN THE ROAD! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I will tell you right now. It's rare for me to post 5 star reviews. This is a family owned establishment and I am proud to say that Hugo and his employees, are amazing. I was born & raised in West Texas & how I adore the hospitality that was given to me & my husband during our car shopping experience. He was HONEST, straight forward, and kind. His receptionist was amazing. They will work with you. Hugo's Auto Sales, LLC gets a thumbs up from me!

Just got off the phone with Scarlet and I was asking if they could use their Carfax connections to run the VIN on a vehicle that I am buying at a distance from a private party. I offered to pay in advance and Scarlet told me that there was no need and that because there are so many scammers out there she just wanted to help. I highly recommend Hugo! I first contacted him because my cars AC was not working. Before just trying to replace the whole thing he told me he first wanted to test smaller items first and then go from there. I ended up needing to replace the whole thing but his prices were significantly less than other places that I had called. I took my husbands and sons car back to him for repairs as well. He communicated with me about the process the whole time and I never felt he was trying to do something that didn't need to be done. I will continue to use Hugo for my auto repair needs.

I bought a 98 Mitsubishi eclipse from them. My experience with them sucked. I remember dropping my car off for work and they totally ruined the alignment , the. Said that they never touched it. And they were being rude to me as if I was wrong for wondering why my car was squealing down the street. The camber was horribly positive. I’m a ASE certified tech now and I would never adjust suspension without test driving and then give it to the client. Also Someone without insurance hit me and totaled the car. When the insurance company sent the check, Hugo Auto Sales was rude and hung up in my face when I was trying to get my measly $150 check. Then they kept the car that my insurance paid for and that I paid for even though said that they could keep the car because it was salvage. When I got the car it was in horrible condition. Gunk in the coolant reservoir, The passenger wouldn’t lock in place, Multiple vacuum leaks, and more. Overall regrettable experience with shady people who don’t take accountability.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Having challenged credit is hard enough, but I never knew how hard it was to get financing being a Uber Driver. In the last few days, I was turned down instantly just because of my job title. After being turned down over 5 times within two days, I'll admit that I was discouraged and disappointed. I was told to trust the process, and everything will work out. It definitely did!!! Yesterday Hugo's gave me back the hope that I had lost. They provided me the opportunity to get a car when no one else would. I was approved for a 2013 Chevy Malibu.
