Hugo is amazing. Came to my house, Then did full clean, clay bar, and ceramic finish plus immaculate interior - 2 people, 4+ hours of work. My Tesla model 3 looks better than new. It’s 500, then rest of year I hope to use their sealant service quarterly for around 150. The result, time and effort they put in, and convenience makes it totally worth it. If u have two cars in need they can give you deal. It may seem like a lot, but they are not getting rich and do amazing work.

I used Mario Carrasco and his team at Hugo’s Detailing to detail two large motorcycles. Mario and his team were timely, responsible, hard working and very good. They fixed some scratches, dismantled parts to clean hard to get to areas, and were extremely careful with the bikes. Well worth the time, effort and cost. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have 2 kids (4 & 18 months) and 2 large dogs (golden retrievers) so my car (Toyota highlander) was a complete disaster inside and out. It was embarrassing - dirt, dust, piles of sand, half a box of cheerios strewn about, dog hair over every inch of carpet. I don't have a ton of time to take my car somewhere but I had finally had enough. I called Hugo's and they came to me during the day, which made it super easy. the car looks better than when I bought it, they did a fantastic job and I'll never let it get that bad now that I can just call Hugo's to take care of it for me.

We love Hugo’s…The first thing we did when we bought a new car last year was have them do a ceramic coating on it. The coating is beautiful and really does a great job protecting the paint. They come by and clean our cars when they need it. The guys take great pride in their work and it shows!

Hugo performed paint correction, interior cleaning, headlight restoration, and ceramic coating on our 2010 Toyota Matrix and 2018 Honda Odyssey. Both vehicles turned out excellent, with the 15 year old Matrix looking better than I could have expected a car of its age and paint condition to turn out! Hugo and his team, including his son, were very professional. They were flexible in scheduling, promptly responded to texts and calls, arrived on time, worked diligently for full days on each vehicle and left our driveway clean when they left. I will be using them again for routine maintenance of the vehicles.

Really great detail and very fair prices. I bought my car in November and hadn’t washed it since then. After the detail it looked and smelled brand new again! Also, communication from the guys was great. They texted me their prices and levels of service right after I called them. I had to make a last minute appointment change and they were very accommodating. I would definitely hire again!

My 2023 Mercedes 450EQS had not been detailed since I bought it and there were some recent scratches on it as well. This service came to our vacation rental (not just on time but early!) in Carpinteria and did an absolutely great job on the interior AND exterior. The scratches are gone and the car looks brand new and so shiny. Highly recommend!

My 2015 BMW 428i needed some love, and the team at Hugo's did a fantastic job at my home: paint correction, polymer coating, headlight restoration, and a detail on the rest of the car. It honestly looks like new again. This is a great family operation, and they obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Great products and tools used, professional van and equipment, just a great service all around! Will call them again next time!
