Was having an issue with my desktop Canon MG7520 printer/scanner. It would no longer print black text. I had purchased and used, as directed, several cleaning solutions with no luck. Even went as far a replacing the print head, nothing. Called Hansen and was able to drop the unit off and have it repaired within a couple of hours. Working like brand new. Thank you!
