AMAZING! I will never go to another car wash ever again! The service is incredible, the ambiance is sensational, and it leaves my car squeaky clean! I especially loved the two staff called Wil and Owhen. They were so kind and accommodating, and very knowledgeable about their field! They worked so hard to keep their customers satisfied, and I can just tell they have such a passion for what they do. Did you know that the soap used in car washes is the same soap that dawn washes their ducks with? (Thanks Owhen 😊). Not to mention Wil’s incredible skill at hosing the car! My experience at the golden nozzle was absolutely incredible and I would 100% recommend. The staff are very accommodating, especially two young gentlemen named Will and Owen. I have never encountered such good customer service, as Will power washed the car until spotless while Owen sparked up extremely interesting conversation about my tires. If you are questioning whether or not to visit the wash, go with YES!!!! Come out with a new knowledge of your vehicle and a squeaky clean car! 🍷😘

Came in aug 9th 2025 at 7 the young man working was too busy on his phone to even say hello. Just waved me through and took my receipt. They don’t scrub your tires they don’t pre soak your car you’re paying for a small short machine wash. The only benefit is the free vacuum.

Terrible car wash. The blowers don’t work at all. When you pull out, your car looks like it just came out of a rain storm. Unfortunately I am an unlimited member only because of the convenience to where I live. Also, twice I have been double charged on my credit card.

This car wash beat the daylight's out of my car and took off roof molding on the passenger side. Tried calling several times and no answer after they tried to sell me a monthly membership. I would not recommend this place. UPDATE: the people who own this franchise are scummy individuals. I filed an incident report after this car wash did $300 in damages to my car and they're telling me it's my fault because something might have been loose when it's a brand new car and I have all the paperwork for the full presale inspection. I was then told I'm not allowed to know the district managers name for legal reasons. Gee I can't imagine why. It's kind of hard to report questionable business practices when you instruct your employees to hide your name. I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and even the State if need be. This is a very shady company run by very shady people. Anyone willing to give them their hard earned money is a fool. The bad reviews speak for themselves.

Went to the car wash pulled in making an awful screeching/scratching noise.The attendant just kept telling me to keep coming forward. He said it was making the sound because I had brand new tires. When I inspected the tires, the rims had scratches and a gouge in the front rim. Went back to get the QR code to report the incident and all I got from Sean the manager saying that wouldn’t have happened/ that’s what happens with new tires again. Well, I know my rims weren’t scratched before hand. He told me they’re not responsible. Nice. Then said, have a nice day. Have a nice day you just ruined my rims. Are you kidding me? Don’t go there if you don’t want your car damaged. Not to mention that the car did not even come out clean. That was the least of my worries. Still waiting for someone to call me back. I feel like you just get this type of response every time, but nobody really takes care of the matter. I will update this review later if I even receive a callback. When I went there, they didn’t care. They said nothing happened. My rims say otherwise. They just said that couldn’t have happened. Well it did.

SVAE YOUR MONEY! Worst car wash ever. I had the unlimited plan for months but that was a waste of money. My rims CONSISTENTLY came out of the wash bone dry, especially on the passenger side. I complained several times but they never fixed the issue. You can tell they were cutting corners on volume of water as well because I would dry my car in the lot immediately after the wash and blue soap ran from ever handle and door. Pathetic. Unlimited or not, definitely NOT worth it!
