My expectations going into any car wash are already pretty low…. this place did not change that. Firstly, the brushes SCREECHED every time it went around my car. Secondly, and more importantly, the tire shine did not work at all! I paid $15 for my tires to be shined but only the back tires had a small portion of them looking shiny. To end on a more positive note, they have towels outside. They’re pretty dirty :( but at least they’re there. Overall I give Depew Go Car Wash a 2 out of 5.

After over a week of not being able to get a wash because of closures while other local car wash (delta sonic) was open. I finally got a wash today barely removed surface snow and ice from hood and roof of vehicle and didn't even touch snow and ice on lower part and wheel wells of vehicle. After I noticed this, after I got out I returned to same go wash and it was closed again with employees going home before 4pm while local car wash (delta sonic) less than a mile away was still open.

I had such a great experience at Go Car Wash thanks to Hannah! She went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. Not only did she help me through the process with such a friendly and positive attitude, but she also surprised me with some free extras and even took the time to personally wipe down my car after the wash. You don’t see that kind of care and attention every day! Hannah truly made my day and turned an ordinary car wash into a genuinely enjoyable experience. Go Car Wash is lucky to have her, she’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Hannah if you want great service and a sparkling clean car!

I'd like to share my experience with the manager Chris, my antenna cover came off my vehicle going through the car wash. I didn't realize it until I got home. I went back and spoke to Chris, he went to look and found it. Chris told me he can order the part at no cost to me. When It came in unfortunately, it was the wrong one, so he ordered another one and that was the right one. I went back to pick up the park and we realized it needed to be installed and they couldn't do it there. So for my inconvenience Chris offered me not only a year's worth car wash for free but he upgraded to a higher package in a year free.I Was very happy with his offer, Chris went out of his way to make sure that I was a happy customer. Should have saved myself the time and money and gone to a different car wash, saw this a handful of times and wanted to give it a try. Could tell right away it was going to be less than stellar as the bristles didn't touch the entire driver's side of my car. With the top tier wash, I left the bay with my car looking worse going out than going in, covered in soap that dried on instantly. If I wasn't running behind with a grumpy toddler, I would have gone back to talk to the employee, but it wasn't in the cards. On the plus side, it didn't damage my car?
