Every car wash ive gotten here was mediocre at best, but i just left after even asking to speak to the manager for the worst car wash ever. Halfway through their equipment wasn't even working. When I got through, there was still dirt and soap all over my car, which the manager and another employee saw and acknowledged. I asked for a refund so that I could just go hand wash my car, and they refused. All they would offer was to go through a second time (in a car wash that is not functioning properly). Had to go spend more money to get a simple wash to remove dirt and soap off my car.

Much better experience than Quick Quack, from start to finish. For starters, the person attending us was exceptionally friendly, helpful and so good at her job, I decided to get the full package and after going through the wash, I'm glad I did! It started with an attendant thoroughly washing , with a scrub brush, both the front and rear windshields and the hood where there was debris. Huge upgrade from someone half hazardly squirting a weak jet at my windshield for 2 and a half seconds! There are signs to remind people not to blast music in the vacuuming area and the vacuums have excellent suction.Jessica Martinez gave great customer support and service and the air fresheners smell fantastic!

The dry rag machine finally works. That's honestly the best part of thr Wash, knowing your vehicle isn't gonna a have wet spots everywhere. The blowers work but NOT Great but semi gets the job done.

Carwash could have cleaned my car better. I went through 3 different locations and have to say Isaiah at this location was the only one who actually appreciated me as a customer. There are GoWash locations that are not taking care of their facilities and look 100 years old with problems and malfunctioning equipment (Everhart). I canceled my membership.
