Carwash is in bad shape. It is as expensive as its main competitor and a lot of of stuff needs attention. There is almost no staff, and even though the place is relatively new, it seems like it is deteriorating. The right side of my car came out as dirty as when I forst drove in because the rollers on the right side where not working. Vacuums where also not working. It almos feels like my money was taken from me without getting a service in return.

Rv very time I go, they are out of towels, the vacuumed don't work on most stalls and now all the air houses are missing from the stalls. The wash is decent but usually with very little foam soap. Can't see why they raised the price of their monthly membership if the place is not being kept up.

I love the service provided at this location. Especially William who is always on the lookout and asks how my experience went every time I wash. The car comes out clean, the location is clean, the only hang up would be that tire shine isn't always applied. Other than that, I love it.

Brought my truck here for a wash and was satisfied with the process. I went in the middle of the afternoon and there was no wait to enter the wash. Had the front and back of my little truck brushed when I entered, and every step of the process in the wash seemed to be working well. The only negative is the containers of stuff that I saw at the end of the car wash tunnel. They all looked like partially used bottles of wash soap or something similar. It's not like the containers were ready for the trash as they still had liquid in them. I would stop in again for a wash if I'm in the area. I have a basic membership in another city and took the opportunity to use the wash when I was driving by.

Casey runs an excellent business at this Go Car Wash location. I’ve noticed a substantial improvement since he’s taken over as the GM! Things are cleaner overall, the employees no longer park their cars in the vacuuming area, and there’s plenty of towels. You’re doing an amazing job, Casey!
