I had a disappointing experience with the installation service. Not only did they break my rearview mirror and fail to compensate me for a replacement, but the glass they installed also cracked just three months later after being hit by a small roadstone at a low speed. I reached out to them and they want another $450 to replace it.

My windshield replacement technician Brian was fantastic. To start, I was contacted the day before I was supposed to get my windshield replaced and they said the new one they had was defective and they had ordered a new one for the day after my original appointment. My scheduled time was 2-4pm and Brian showed up at 1:25 and was done by 2:15. Turns out my vehicle is more difficult than the usual windshield but Brian was able to work around the issues and get the windshield set in no time. He was also friendly and communicated well.
