Terrible customer service with dealing over the phone I was going to get it done on Saturday morning the tech called my half an hour before I he supposed to be there and told me they didn’t have the windshield. I got another email saying that they would fix my windshield at 9:30am and called them and asked why no one was here and the lady on the phone said it’s an automated email and saying that I need to reschedule . I’ve never ever had a hard time with a company trying to get something fixed just go somewhere else

My windshield cracked while I was on my way to Holland for a vacation. I needed the entire thing replaced.. The problem was that I was only going to be in town for a few days and needed the windshield fixed ASAP so I could drive my vehicle back home. I called this company on my drive to Holland, explained my situation, and they were able to have a technician come to my location the following morning. It was a very easy process and I was sent text messages when my technician was on the way and when they arrived. The technician was professional, timely, and nice! The price was much better compared to SafeLite. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the Holland area!
