Absolutely fantastic! The different in the car wash I got from here versus other places is night and day. The service is fantastic as well! Everyone I saw was smiling and happy to help. The quality of the wash I just received made a new customer. The vacuums work really well and I love the additional spray and air to get pesky dirt off. I’m so happy to have found this place and I can’t wait to keep my car clean and shiny from now on!

The absolute best car wash in town!!! Friendly employees and customer service is always top-tier. The actual car wash starts off with two people; one of each side, there's free vacuum, there's ALWAYS CLEAN TOWELS available for you to use, the area is always SPOTLESS nor do you have to worry about the smell of urine from panhandlers. I have the monthly subscription, which I love because you can cancel at anytime and being that the birds are out using vehicles for poop targets (lol), it allows me to run my cars through the washes unlimited. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent, brand new car wash! Compared to Take five carwash, Gallo wins hands down. Their basic wash is just $12 whereas Take five is $10 but their machines are so much better with soft brushes that hug the car and clean it well. The wax, which I get, makes the car shine! The vacuums are powerful and there are sham cloths to wipe everything down. I was able to get my company to start a corporate account for the company cars too! And the service is excellent! Very nice knowledgeable staff! Definitely 5 stars!

The new best automatic car wash in Gainesville! I like the double soap and double brush + rinse, and the blow dryers at the end make sure to get the whole car, with adequate time to ensure it’s good and dry The vacuums are really great for when you’ve finished washing, and have really great suction. Something I think would be a great addition here would be canopies or awnings over the vacuum spots, and a rug mat automatic cleaner. I recommend getting the monthly membership.

One of my favorite spots. I dont like it that the coffee shop next door have employees and customers parking there, which made employees there park there cars in some of the best spots for SUV to keep them from parking there. Not fair for us paying customers.

I have been to the car wash a couple times and no problem but recent had my car damaged by the car wash was told I would receive a call about the damage and it had been a week and I have yet to receive one. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone going there .

Friendly staff, helpful and pleasant. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve visited. Quality wash and fantastic extras at the vacuum station - clean cloths, air, glass cleaner etc. We will continue to use Gallo. I posted this originally one month ago but I’m adding to it today when I witnessed an employee chat with a driver about his broken taillight. He went inside, grabbed some tape and carefully covered the taillight for the driver before he entered. I continue to be impressed!

Customer service was wonderful <3 the towels were clean and restocked, the trash cans weren’t overflowing, and I was greeted with a warm welcome. He explained the kinds of washes and their prices very thoroughly, and was overall very friendly. Everything was clean, and it left my car shiny with no chips, scratches, or residue.
