This place is TRASH. Didn’t wash just wanted to vacuum. I went to the building to get quarters put in a 10, took the bill and didn’t give me a single damn quarter. NOT ONE! The machine lit up red “out of service”. Called number it rings and then says it can’t take messages. Don’t waste your time and money at this $hit pile.

Love this car wash. Always clean. New equipment . The touchless car wash does a great job on my truck. Sam the attendant is very nice and helpful. Plenty of space to detail my truck with out getting in the way of anyone. The new management has really brought this car wash to the next level.

It has been a long week of grime from road salt, bird poop (don't park near your feeders), and frozen windshield wipers. Stopped by the carwash at 4th and Winkler today, and I wasn't in the self-serve wash bay a few seconds before a manager guy Sam appeared to check on me. He helped me out with getting the job done and just had the sunniest attitude on a winter day. Lots of plans for this location, apparently, and it all sounds good for the neighborhood. BEWARE. Thieves! This is the second time this place stole a dollar from me! First, about a year ago, it was the machine outside the auto wash (which is not good, at all). This time it was the change machine! Not one more dollar will you steal from me! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Who knows how much worse it could get?

Owner asked me to leave after cleaning my boat at this wash for 30 min. Had paid 5 separate times as I needed to start and stop but was told there was a “line forming”. When I turned to look there was a single car that was soon filtered to one or the other 3 bays. After confirming it was no problem to leave and I’d come back during another time, the owner continued to harass me about leaving. Some people are allergic to revenue. Would find somewhere else.

Attendant was very helpful when the change given at the auto wash was all quarters. He took them and gave us 2 five dollar bills. The newly renovated wash did a great job (we just returned from a road trip and the Jeep was covered in salt and dirt). Highly recommend this place!

The owner is great! The auto wash couldn't dispense change for a $20. I called the phone number from Google, left a message and he immediately called me back. He apologized and offered to meet me up there to give me my change. I really appreciated that!

Don’t go … A did use 4 dollars of the time of the “do your self” pressure washer, and they charged my debit card 10 dollars instead . And the soup wasn’t working. Reason why I did finish faster than I would if all worked just fine. So nope, never coming again.

Don't come here.. Horrible. Whoever wrote with marker on the mashine was very clear. And Tru. Couldn't get a rinse with water only. Every setting had some soap in it. The rinse option was lower pressure than your garden hose. I feel ripped off.

Don't usually give bad reviews but today calls for it.. I pulled up next to the vacuum area and decided to wipe down my car 1st before spending money to use the services, only to have a man walk up to me talking about how I needed to not block the car wash area for other customers. I hadn't even been there less than 5 minutes and went early in the morning so it wasn't busy at all! I just couldn't believe that the worker would act like that! Guess they didn't need my business as I smiled and went to another car wash location that was WAY better!

Earns it's bad reviews. I've been here twice and regretted both. 1st attempt Bay 2 touchless didn't even get my driver window wet 2 months ago. I'll try to post those pics. Today, Bay 1 touchless got my car soapy and rinsed it yet my car is no cleaner than before. Didn't even get the rain residue off my car or windshield. Don't waste your money here!

Don't waste your money here, $10 on the touchless & I still have all the lite dirt/mud on the lower parts of my entire SUV & bug juice from a road trip. Pathetic car wash. It would have to be free to come back with major improvements.

I went through the car wash and I did have an issue but I called the company and they were very friendly and they gave me a free car wash. Immediately! I was very surprised and happy that they answered the phone because most businesses have you leave messages or you speak to an AI. I spoke to A real person and he was very friendly and very helpful and I got my truck washed. Thank you for being customer friendly!

I’m usually not want to leave reviews on anything especially not a negative one. But this one is a huge one. I cannot overlook this one. I travel a lot for work roughly 20,000 miles every single year and I have been to my fair share of car washes all over this country and Canada. This one is by far one of the worst ones I think I’ve seen in a long time. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m never coming back to this location. Every part of it was just terrible to be honest.

This place is great. I’m here at least two to three times a week. The new equipment in the touch less auto wash bays do a pretty damn good job . Iv never had a bad experience here since the new owners took over . On the weekends I run my Lincoln MKZ through the touch less auto wash then spray on a high gloss clear coat polish. It saves me a lot of time and my car looks new . The new owner is friendly and helpful. The only time I ever had a problem here I called the number and it turned out I didn’t put enough quarters in the machine lmao . This is the only car wash I use in town. I recommend Fountains every time I’m asked how I keep my car looking so good.
