Been here a few times but this is the last. The cleaning is okay but kept returning since it’s super close to my home. This is my last one. The woman behind the counter was beyond rude. I paid and used the debit option to get cash for tip like I’ve done previous times here. The woman got mad at me and told me I should have told her I was getting $10 because she only allows $5 max because it’s Sunday and she has to keep money in the till all day. Then she refused to give me $5 in ones (the till was full, it was 10am) and shoved the two $5 bills into my hand, told me to tell her next time then turned her back on me. When I told her there wouldn’t be a next time after this experience with her she told me that was okay with her. No wonder the place is empty on a weekend. So many other places to take your business. Skip this one and find one that actually wants to keep it.

The car is "clean" but still has dirt on the under body and lower sides. The interior is still dirty. Spots that are completely noticeable like the dash are still dirty. There are spots on the car I can wipe off with my finger. For the price we paid, I expected more.

Never going back. Was done with the carwash this lady comes out saud I took to long to move. I only did because I say her in back doing stuff and didn't see the green arrow in time. Then she (drys) my car with a rag that has white stuff on it smears it all over. Thought it was just on my widows then I get home the whole car is caked white a white smear. I usually air dry the car and whip it when I get home. So mad.

They do okay here. This place has definitely go downhill over the years. The owner is a bit strange and they severed their relationship with Grand Automotive so it is a not a place I visit anymore. It is possible that there is a NEW OWNER for this business and that my review is not relevant anymore. Perhaps the new Owner can respond and if so, I will delete this review as it would have pertained to the old business.

Came here to get me car washed but looks like you pay $33 for them to just run it through the car wash and that’s it. The inside of my Truck was barely washed, the hood still had dirt, bird poop and the middle of the hood wasn’t even wiped down. It looks like they couldn’t even reach it.

What a terrible carwash! Their best carwash is $14 and leaves your car same way it was! My car gets a wash every week so nothing major needed but wash is terrible and they still charge your $2 for 4 minutes of vacuum…

This place is a joke. They washed my entire car from beginning to end with these dirty wool sponges. (See pictures) Guarantee it scratched my paint. Brought it to their attention and they could care less. The soap they used stripped my wax from 2 week ago right off. Left the inside a mess on the dash and cup holder and didn’t clean it well in any way. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive a lil further to a competitor.

DO NOT take your car to this place. Terrible car was. I asked if f I could drive through again since the first wash down don’t get bird poop off. Owner was mean and refused. She’s a mean old lady. Don’t give her your business!

Meh . Not the worst car wash I’ve ever had but not the best either. Purely use because convenient . My suggestion , don’t purchase anything more than the 14 dollar wash the upgraded ones are not worth it . Wasted 25 bux and my seats and interior are still dirty . Plus how they manage the flow from the wash station to dry station is off . My car sat in the sun untouched for 10 mins collecting spots . They didn’t buff or anything special like the upgraded price outlined. Nope ! They dried my car like any other . Save on those extra fees .

Holy cow, this was easily one of the best car washes I've had in a long time. Super thorough, they even took out my winter floor mats and scrubbed them clean! Wish I lived closer, but the twice a year I'm in the area for my niece and nephew's birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese, I'll definitely go early for a car wash!

This car wash did not clean my car. After coming through it, the windshield still had bug splatters, there are still spots of bird poo on my hood, bugs are still splattered across my license plate… I think I could have had the same results from simply hosing down my car in the driveway. That’s $10 I won’t see again.

The car wash is okay at best it doesn’t dry your vehicle it ends the drying early so you especially don’t get your car dry. The staff is unprofessional and refused to work with you if your car was still soaked, covered in soap, and the dryers stopped working on you. This is not a isolated event as the staff member came out and basically said screw you to me and another customer when our cars were failed to be cleaned on the wheels and completely failed to be dried.

Unless you want your car to look about as dirty when you leave as when you went in, I would select a different car wash. This no touch wash is just that no touch, and all it does is remove some very minor stuff, what ever can be hosed off. The real clean came from me drying the car with my own towel. And it cost more $2 to use the vacuum. First and last time I'll go here.

The absolute worst automated car wash I've ever used. My car was dirtier leaving the wash than coming in. Hard water spots front, back, top, and sides. The blowers only blow from the very top, meaning it doesn't dry the perimeter of the car. I had to use waterless detailer when I got home to clean up the mess this wash made. Bring back the hand wash that was at this location, at least then I could rate it a solid 3 stars.

The worst car wash that I have tried. I chose the highest $14 mode, then the spider web still there, died bug bodies still there, tires are still dirty. Birds poops still there. Better just donate that 14 dollars than gave to them. Funny

Rude unprofessional manager and cashier. Worst experience at this location. Cashier women is rude and even though they know the vacuum is not working they won't put a sign out that its out of order. I went in and asked that their vacuum is not working and i had thrown in quarters but instead of apologizing the staff first said I dont have the keys right now, so I said what about my quarters I put in ? She called the manager on the phone and tells me, well use the your card and should work. I said it doesn't take card it says quarters only u dont even know how they work. As im getting frustrated and not getting a proper response d she tells me to call the manager. I did but before that I send her the picture of the vacuum that I used which doesn't take card. Instead she threatened me that she has my voice recorded for yelling at the cashier. She said its just 2 dollars not a big deal. I said take my 2 dollars and put toward your customer service skills cause as a manager u suck.
